I worked for a corporate optical for several years and we were limited on what variations we could get of frames. Well not at Heitz they have such a great selection and at amazing price points. I wanted a frame I found on line and it was not one normally in stock...no problem it was ordered and there in a week with no obligation to buy. I did in-fact choose it. I will close by saying the store has an in-store lab and this attention to detail is so important especially for progressive lens and people with astigmatism. I have not had such well made glasses since I was making my own! They take most insurance and are an easy drive up to Alton, IL. Apparently they didn't have enough work to do. Their conversation was easily overheard by patients in the waiting room. It was even more disturbing when the doctor joined in. Very inappropriate. After my doctor sent 2 referrals, Quantum still didn't have a referral for me. One of the office ladies said she would call for a referral; however, the wrong service was requested, and the referral did not cover the level of care I needed. I didn't realize this until after the appointment when I started investigating. Now I need to start all over again and explain this to my insurance company to be sure I get covered for the care I need.

The police were called and they had me trespassed from the property. But I knew that was what they would do. So funny to me, because I have been wanting to get away from them, months ago!
