From the second I walked in the door, I was impressed and very comfortable. Pleasant sitting area, comfortable seating, and above all else, the MOST friendly and accommodating staff I have ever met in any medical field. Everything was explained to me and was done with care. I was more comfortable than I've ever been during dental work. And the fact that this location is almost an hour from me (I live in Soulard, near downtown STL) should also tell you something!

The process was laid out for me during the first visit but it seemed to change as time went by and appointments were re-scheduled one after another. It got to the point where I started to realized that what they had promised to me would occur simply couldnt due to time and their mis-information given to me! When I called and brought these issues to them they accused me of mis-understanding what they had originally told me. I CAN TELL YOU NOW THAT I DID NOT MIS-UNDERSTAND ANYTHING. THEY TOLD ME ONE THING AND THEN THINGS SIMPLY STARTED CHANGING DUE TO THEM, NOT ME! The office gal told me that they sometimes speak in 'dental lingo' and that is why I mis-understood. YEAH, RIGHT!
