Saw Dr. Gifford's great reviews but was worried I'd have to wait weeks as she's booked up in advance (deservedly so as she's amazing!) so I called yesterday morning at 10:15am, and by luck and the sweetness of the staff particularly the nice lady I spoke to whose name escapes me, they had a 10:30am cancellation and told me to come on in! Staff didn't want me to lose any visit time so they let me fill out the new patient forms after I met with her... Dr. Gifford took one look, new immediately what the problem was and went to work right away! She fixed me up, gave me recommendations for new shoes and I was on my way. I'm really grateful to her and her whole staff for seeing me on such short notice, God bless them! Thank you Dr. Gifford! You're the best!!

He brought me into another room and discussed what he thought was best to do-numb the toe, clean out the wound and laser it to keep the toenail from becoming ingrown again. I agreed. He did the work meticulously and quickly. I felt his care and the care shown by his staff was excellent. I have had no issues at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone with any foot or toe issue-the office is clean, I'm sorry not to have gotten her name, but the lady staff was superb at lowering my anxiety and the doctor was top of the line. Dr. Sherwin Nikamal is truly exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my left ankle surgery, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The recovery plan he designed was excellent, and my entire surgical experience went smoothly. The entire office staff, both front and back, were extremely kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Ms.Reina in the back office. She went above and beyond, working tirelessly with the VA, jumping through numerous hoops and hurdles to get my surgery approved.
