To his credit, the owner was friendly and appeared knowledgeable while doing his assessment on me. However, the service all fell apart when he then delegated the work to his assistants-a collection of apathetic, 20 something undergrads who cared less about care than rushing though a demonstration exercise so that they can get back to their social media. The 'sweatshop' atmosphere of the therapist working with 15-20 patients simultaneously, didn't exactly put me at ease of getting hands on quality care. I also understood that the most important part of recovery was to do the recommended exercises prescribed by the care-provider independently. However, the generic exercises he gave me to do at home appeared to aggravate my injuries further. When I attempted to contact the therapist by phone to ask for guidance, I was told he would get back to me ASAP. He called 2 weeks after my initial call. By then, I was already involved with MOMENTUM Physiotherapy recovering nicely(See my review). To sum up, my experience was awful in that instead of receiving care for my injury, I was being processed like a piece of meat going through an assembly line, where squeezing as many people into a workspace supersedes actual care.

I knew it must've been some clerical error so I told the very nice gentleman I would return his call, that I would call and get this cleared up. That 3 1/2 years after the fact no one has ever contacted me and I was unaware of any of this. When I called the front end staff, I explained the situation and told them that it must've been some sort the error because insurance has always covered it and I never left with an outstanding balance. That they always put it through before it left. The receptionist that I spoke to was very dismissive and would not even consider that the staff from 3 1/2 years ago did not do some sort of error on their part. Then she told me that there was the note on account saying that I was aware and i went to go get my nails done and that I would return to pay the outstanding balance. I have never ever got my nails done in my life so this story was completely false and how she excused me out of the knowing when the phone call was just for them to investigate and to see if there was an error on their part. How the conversation changed is very disappointing in the staff . What kind company would allow someone to leave without paying for their service not even including the fact they claim to say that I was going to just pay for another service elsewhere.(getting my nails done) No legitimate company would ever do that. Ever... The outstanding balance is not a huge amount and I was more than willing to pay for it as long as they looked into why I was never aware of the balance and no one's ever contacted me. There is sanitizer all over the place so this was also reassuring. After my first appointment with Gordon Grant, I knew I'd come to the right place. I I had been feeling run down and depressed and immediately after I noticed an improvement in my energy levels. But the big thing I noticed was my mood was better.
