Had my second massage therapy. This time with Pearl. It was awesome! I felt light and relaxed. It has been a difficult year, this was a great stress reliever even for just an hour. I noted on my previous review about the thin walls and the noise. During this session, there was none so i thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, pearl introduced me to cupping. To be honest i am not interested about it at all, when i see pictures of friends who have done it, it seems painful but pearl did a good job for a "beginner" like me. I did not feel overwhelmed. It was not painful even days after. It obviously left marks on my back but i did not mind it, i did not feel anything like as if the marks were not there at all. I already scheduled my next session. Very disappointed! I went to this place in Oct. 2015. Dr. Kent was my Chiropractor. It was ok until last Friday Nov. 2, 2015. He dislocated my ribs in the adjustment. I felt a sharp pain, but he always says "you are doing good". I felt it was too much pressure and it hurt! I went home without even guessing that my ribs were dislocated! I had crazy pain the whole night. I was crying and only slept for 2 hours!! I called them on Sat. morning and he was not available and the receptionist told me its normal as the muscles will have tension after adjustment. I insisted that my pain is not normal. Therefore, Dr. Phil accepted to see me. right away, he said your ribs are dislocated. he said your back is very bumpy and he can feel it just by touching it. He adjusted my ribs & my pain reduced from scale 10 to 5; so, I could tolerate it. They charged me again for something that was their fault! I did not say anything as Dr. Phil spent time for Dr. Kent's mistake!! But surprisingly, they did not even call me to follow up! I called and canceled my next sessions and told them I have pain and I lost my trust. But Dr. Kent did not even bother himself to check and follow up with me as my doctor! I still have pain and going to have X ray today as its not normal! but I am very disappointed. seems all the good reviews are from old days of Oliver Chiropractic Clinic when Dr. Mark owned the place! read more

As a first time patient to this clinic, I had high expectations especially because of the high ratings on yelp. My initial call to the front staff was OK, they mostly emphasized what the payment terms and made sure I understood their policies, which is fine - they are a business like any other. The appointment with the doctor was good, however, I did not appreciate the follow up from the front staff. I was sent a questionnaire requesting feedback, I took time out of my day to provide short honest answers and ended up receiving a long email reply telling me that my perception of my first visit was inaccurate, everything was peachy keen, and it was my own fault that I felt the way I did. These emails went back and forth and annoyed me to the point where I decided to cancel my follow up appointments, and told them that I won't be returning. They didn't seem too concerned with my decision, I think it's ironic how their customer service and feedback process is what caused them to lose a customer... Oh well... read more

Harry Wojdak is a fantastic massage therapist. He's someone who actually takes the time to listen to your concerns, focus on an action plan to make it better and deliver with fantastic results. I discovered Oliver Chiropractic Wellness Centre a month ago and am now a very happy patient. I've been using chiro off and on for 30 years so have been a patient at many clinics and find Oliver is one of the best. The staff are organized, friendly and accommodating when I have schedule issues and Dr. Phillips is just great and clearly committed to full patient care, with the education to back up the commitment. In just 3 weeks my pain is all gone and the exercises he gave me to do at home are just what I needed specifically, not just standard exercises everyone gets, which is what I have seen happen at other places.
