Not even a full week later, the wheel got caught in a sidewalk crack and the bracket that holds the front wheel got bent out of shape. I brought it in the next day and they jumped right on it and went absolutely above and beyond to get it repaired in just a short wait. The building is very clean and welcoming. I can't remember the name of our instructor, but she was as nice as could be. I was there for the CPAP class along with one other person. She went through from top to bottom and start to finish she helped us fit our masks that we got to pick out from a nice selection. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was wonderful. I got a brand new CPAP machine and for all of the included parts I'd definitely say it's worth the money. I highly recommend Norco Medical as they have pretty much everything you'd need for sale. Such as commodes, walkers, hospital bed and oxygen.

This required working out the logistics with Springfield NORCO, requiring a concentrator for the overnight stays at the hotel, and tanks for the sessions during the day. Our local NORCO branch supplied the tanks. Springfield provided the concentrator, hose & cannula. They delivered it to the hotel prior to our arrival, and simply could not have been more helpful. Overall this has been, and continues to be my personal experience with NORCO.

We came in close to their closing time and had issues with communication between the doctor's office and the shop, but Stephanie ensured I went home in a stabilizing boot to save my foot until the scheduled surgery! I am so very thankful for her advocating for me. All I can say is the service provided was well above expectations. Because of her, I will absolutely recommend Shaw-Med to any friend in need.

Among other things, they would cover a raised toilet seat but I had to get it from a medical supply store, which would bill my insurance. Day of surgery, I sent my husband with the prescription from the doc and my insurance card. The guy at the counter wouldn't even look at the prescription or the card. He said insurance never covers "toilet stuff." My husband paid out of pocket and returned home. I got back on the phone with the insurance rep. They were aghast. They do cover it and asked the name of the store. When I told them it was Shaw Med, they said Shaw is no longer in-network. This is the largest medical supply store in Eugene, and they are no longer in-network. So they lied to us, and now I can't get reimbursed for the item because Shaw wouldn't bill insurance. They are terrible!
