They talked her through everything that she was signing and answered questions that she had. She had a "repair reserve" and they released funds as soon as the job was completed. Great place! Very busy too, so hope that gives you a bit of comfort. It's near the Social Security Office. They offered reading glasses, pens, scratch paper, sodas and chocolates.
