They will not accommodate an exit date to do your inspection when you move out. They will only do the inspection after you move out and if you are not local, who wants to camp at a hotel or drive back to Frostburg no less? The building is run down and not updated for the money you are spending. They will not give you a move out inspection the day you move like the rest of reputable companies. Don't think about suing because their courts are all for the companies in Frostburg. They don't care what evidence you have~ Make sure you are there for your walk through or you can forget it! take pictures and video the day you move in stay for that inspection because they will lie on you~ the courts will not take money out these folks pockets. Go elsewhere. They make their living by keeping your deposits!

The dryer would take 3 cycles to dry, the drain in the tub was constantly clogging, the refrigerator handle was loose when we moved in, then they charged ME to fix it at the end of the year. Whenever something else happened to the apartment, it would take at least two maintenance requests, many phone calls to the office, we basically had to harass them to come out and do their job. This leasing company is pure shit. Stay away from them if you like keeping your money and a decent place to live.

When a tenant emails a list of issues and questions on the 20th day of a month, it shouldn't take more than a month to get a response (44 days and counting for most issues at this point). These folks try to restate facts that are easily provable (and yet they do it anyway). Stay far away from this company. My guess is this little adventure of mine will end up in court. When we moved out, he took our entire deposit, gave us 0 information on what it was used for, no receipt, and no response of any kind. When confronted and asked why he kept it all and didnt tell us anything, he blocked my number and said take him to court, which is what I'm doing.
