I am surprised to see bad reviews. Paul and Jeff installed our kitchen cabinets in November, 2016. I could not have been happier. They were very professional and meticulous when working. One of our cabinets had a darker stain and they ordered another one, at their suggestion. I intend to use them again very soon to add one more cabinet. I have recommended them to many people. Sometime it is the way you deal with people. I take issue with them being called mountain mutants. How dare anyone be so disrespectful and degrading. Poor quality, sarcastic ego driven duo with limited skill. Difficult at best to make a concession, overpriced, and they were dropped from Lowe's lineup, now I know why. We regret using these people and think you'll be dissatisfied as well. They rook over the homeowner with inferior subs and collect a paycheck for poor work- cheesy contract only protects them- Unprofessional and rude to my wife, likely the cheapest bunch I've ever had the sad, sad day of hiring. You'll regret it. We did, and never again will I put a penny in their pockets. Delays, phone calls not returned, circa 1992 design software leftover from Lowe's. We turned their lame business over to the attorney. Bizarre weirdo, egotistical mountain mutants. I'm telling you don't hire them. Never again. I've never had a businessman so rude and disrespectful to me .We ordered cabinets and a counter top for our kitchen. They came to our house, had a lot of ideas, and measured twice. I should have known when they said they only took cash or check that something was wrong. In this day in age who doesn't take a credit card for a purchase of $10,000 or more? The day the cabinets were being hung they found out they had measured wrong or actually tried to shave a little too much off our cabinets. They had to reorder and weren't happy about it. Imagine how unhappy I was since part of my income comes from being able to use my kitchen. When I told them this the response was that I should have told them earlier and maybe they could have done something but it probably would have been out of my budget. Since I never gave a budget I found this very rude. The cabinets were to come in on April 26th. On April 29th I wrote asking where they were and was told they should have written me but they won't be shipped until May 5th. Not believing them I called the distributor myself and found they would be arriving on the 5th not shipped. We had problems with a cabinet being chipped, hinges being wrong, and our floor being damaged during all of this. The people at Raven's Craft continued to be rude and uncaring. i tried to hire someone local but this has been a 3 week hassle and they have been awful to deal with. They hung up on my husband and have belittled my need for a kitchen and my concerns. They say they are craftsmen but they order the cabinets from someone else. Please don't let them bring rudeness, stress, and inconvenience to your lives. Hire someone else to do the job, someone who takes pride in their work, and someone who is professional, not these jokers. read more
