I must say what a treat it was to spend with the lovely sales associates here. Before coming here I was only familiar with their shea butter hand cream which I think is just the best hand cream out in the market place. However after coming here I was privileged to be introduced to the company's other equally as impressive products. Products such as their best selling almond milk concentrate and the almond shower oil. (They have a sink in the middle of the store floor which allows you to sample some of their shower gels.) Some of the items that I sampled that I really liked are of the following: Shea Ultra light body cream (absorbs easily and has a dry finish) Almond shower oil (It actually goes from oil into a creamy soap with a few drops of water. It rises off cleanly with a dry finish. Leaving your skin smoother and more supple than before. If fact even the next day I could still feel the difference in the skin texture of my hands.) Almond milk concentrate (light and non greasy) Shea butter ultra rich body lotion (surprisingly light. Absorbs quickly into the skin and no greasy residue.) Jasmin & Bergamote perfumed body milk (This item surprised me the most. I didn't like it at first but after a couple of hours of wearing it. It just smells amazing. Smells similarly to Tom Ford's Oud Wood....This is an item that I would of never bought just by looking at it on a shelf. But thanks to L'Occitane's generous policy with letting people sample their products first. I am happy to say I've become a big fan.) I hope after reading this review you will go in and try out some their amazing stuff...you'll be glad you did...

I explained that I've been wearing TF's reinterpretation of Youth Dew by Estee Lauder for years and how I still have 4 bottles in stock since they were only in production for a couple of years I believe....well to make a long story short...I ended up walking home with a bottle of Noir de Noir from Tom Ford's Private Blend Collection as well as a small sample of Oud Fleur which I later went back to purchase the bottle...both are unisex heavily patchouli, oud and saffron based. I was struck by how right on Mark Hadley's recommendation was for me...every time I wear it at least one person will stop me and ask me what perfume I'm wearing...lots of time I forget because I switch back and forth between the two blend...in fact I was at the drive thru at McDonalds a few weeks ago and the young man that was taking my money actually commented on how he like my perfume...I was flabbergasted...you can smell that with all the french fries and burger smell...I said to the young man...you should get a job working as a sniffer at the airport...that way I don't have to show up 2 hours early just for a flight to Dallas that takes only an hour....

Emma, the general manager, is exceptional. The way she interacts with and supports her team is reflected in the positive attitude and professionalism they show every customer. It's clear she's a strong leader who runs the store with care, efficiency, and high standards. I recently had an issue with an online order that customer service assured me had been resolved, but unfortunately it hadn't. Emma took the time to listen, stepped in to help, and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left the store. She turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. ULTA was close to losing me as a customer, but my experience with Emma completely changed that. Her outstanding customer service and leadership are exactly why I'll continue shopping at this location.

Also, knowing that neither one of them are being affected by the bankruptcy and closing is also highly impressive. This fact, Fifth Avenue is super stocked to the brink with product and it looks nothing like the Saks Fifth Avenue in Chicago. There was definitely lots of staff here eager to help. And there was lots to see here. I have to say as someone who doesn't shop at Saacks because it's just not available in the Chicagoland area that if I come back to Atlanta, I am definitely coming back to the specific store. The only downfall is, I didn't really see a lot of sale items. Perhaps it's not the season. But they definitely had all of the most current items in stock.
