Upon doing a simple google search we found out the average price online at known sources (Amazon/Walmart) were around $15, so I came back with him to help him return the product. When I inquired about this to that same salesperson, this man becomes very rude and sarcastic and insults my brother who is a TEEN for not "doing something called researching" ahead of time and not "knowing what he wants before coming in." I agree that my brother should've done that before purchasing but regardless there was no need for such unprofessionalism and attitude and to act the way he did. I'm sure the other folks that work there aren't like him; however because of him not only am I not going back I'm going to let as many people know of this experience so that they don't have to deal with this themselves. I didn't get his name but he was a tall lightly trimmed bearded, chubby american man from New York who seemed almost in his 40s. The fact that he mentioned how everyone gets ripped off as a means of justification still baffles me.

Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. The outlet also does promotional events as we saw one by Xfinity in the parking lot.

Pop! is among the smaller retailers nestled in a cluster, between Oakley and Jockey just behind the Nike Factory Store. I am not entirely certain, but I think Pop! is affiliated with a larger brand (JC Penney?). They liken themselves to fashionable footwear and while the store isn't all that big, they did a good job of laying everything out for easy browsing. As neither a woman or a child the store doesn't appeal to me personally, but for the gift shopping it's pretty ideal. I was able to find a lot of various kinds of shoes that I didn't expect from squeaking shoes to ones that emit color with every step. They weren't expensive and the service was pretty helpful. Most of these stores often have seasonal sales campaigns happening throughout the year, which is a nice bonus considering it's already discounted as an outlet destination.

There was a handwritten note on the door saying they were out to lunch. They also noted that they were short staffed so they couldn't keep the store open. I decided to shop at the other stores. After an hour, I returned to the store and the doors were still locked. It was 2:30pm. It became clear that they had just shut the store down and gone home. I understand being shortstaffed, but if you're taking a lunch break make sure you put what time you will return. It was an incredibly hot day and I didn't appreciate having to consistently walk back-and-forth to the store to check to see if staff were back from their lunch break.
