This outlet mall is about 30 minutes drive from downtown Portland. The parking lot is huge, plenty of spots available for handling peak hours. They have over 100 stores, a good mix of premium and every day brands. Some of the noteworthy stores are Disney, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo RL, Fossil, MK, Coach, CK, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Pandora, Swarovski, Tumi, American Eagle and Banana Republic. Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. This outlet isn't any different from any other outlet you've gone to. They have the Levi's, vans, Coach, NorthFace etc. they have a very small selection of food spots tho. We seen greek, burgers, Chinese and a taco truck out front. Warning they have an arcade spot but theres no one there if u need help. Their machines charged me a few extra times and they got over on me. Total rip off and the amount you spend for the amount they charge at the arcade is highway robbery. It's not worth it, like I said no big deal here and no big difference. Only thing good about being out here that theres no taxes. read more

Our (my) family's current favorite outlet mall is in Livermore, CA. I believe it is owned by the same company. Of course, we bought more than we should, but isn't this why we are in Oregon? Quality/Quantity - Consistent, since same owner as in Livermore, CA. Very similar businesses here, but NO sales tax. Atmosphere - Love the covered outdoor mall setting; even with the rain, we kept dry. 220 stores. Service - Consistent, maybe we should sign up for the VIP membership; or are we already one??? Price - No sales tax, same prices in NV and CA, but did I say they do not have sales tax in Oregon? I have to admit that I'm not particularly a fan of outlet malls and don't often go to them for a variety of reasons however ventured to Woodburn specifically to check out the Le Creuset store and ended up shopping at a few others. My impression is quite positive. The mall is architecturally pleasant and covered for bad weather. The mall is nicely maintained and spotless. There is quite a variety of nice brand stores and the associates we had interactions with in a few of them were all amiable. read more

I haven't been here in years!! It is quite from where I live but the weather was nice and mom wanted to go so sure! Surprisingly, it was quite empty on a Saturday. Lots of stores to explore but I personally didn't find everything to be very cheap but you can find some good things! Some of the places we went to were Columbia, Nike, Adidas, Lululemon opened recently (never been), and other stores. I had fun and we were there for pretty much the entire day. The bulk of this place is clothing/accessory stores. There is a very nice game shop, an awesome canvas print vendor, and a small arcade where games feel slightly rigged. Lol. There are so many stores that cover a wide variety of products, there is something for everyone. Clothing stores, shoes, perfume, kitchen wear, baby clothes, chocolate, designer handbags, luggage, outerwear, sporting equipment, athletic wear, gifts and several places to eat. And of course a Starbucks. Like anything, it's hit or miss but since there are so many stores, you will find something! During Covid, all of the stores are following all protocols, providing sanitizer and limiting the number of people in the store. There is plenty of free parking in front and behind the stores. This is an open air mall but the walkways are covered so if it rains, don't worry. You will remain dry other than the epwalk through the parking lot. There are several restrooms on the ends and the middle of the strip. And they are clean! They even have clear partitions between between the sink stations, hooks for your bags, and touch free soap and dryers. By the restroom area there are several vending machines so you can get bottled water or pop and snacks in expensively. There is even an ATM. The anchor stores are Columbia Sportswear on the south end, Nike in the middle, and The North Face appropriately at the north end. Sprinkled in between are several designer handbag stores - Coach, Kate Spade, Tory Burch and Michael Kors. All are worth visiting. The handbags and other items are made for their outlet store so the quality is not the same as their flagship stores. But that's why they are priced so much more reasonably. Coach usually has the same type of sales under different disguises and their products are similar in style and color year after year. Kate Spade always has some new colors or fun prints. Michael Kors also sticks to a look but they do introduce interesting materials and hardware each season. For clothing, there are so many choices! White House Black Market, Loft, Ann Taylor, Levi, Eddie Bauer, Nike, Fila, Columbia Sportswear, Ralph Loren, Timmy Hifiger, Calvin Klein, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Forever 21, Francesca's, Guess, Gap, Banana Republic, Chico's, CAbi, Tommy Bahama, Pendleton, Nautical, Under Armour, PAC Sun and Quick Silver. There are several options for children, too. Disney, Oshkosh, Janie and Jack, Tommy Hifiger Kids, Carter's and The Children's place. Located just 40 minutes from Portland, it's an easy ride and a great way to spend a few hours. Plus you will go home with some fantastic finds! There are several places to eat right in the strip of stores (Asian, Mexican, Thai, Aunt Annie's pretzels, Jamba Juice, Cinnabon, Starbucks) and a dozen+ fast food places as soon as you get off I-5 before you turn into Woodbury Outlets. All the usual suspects - McDonalds, Panera Bread, Jack in the Box, Arbys, Elmers - and some not so common. Nancy Jo's Burger, Faziolis Italian, Luis Taqueria, Trapala Mexican, Sushi Brothers, Hungry Lion Asian and Red Robin just to name a few! Don't miss the TJ Maxx located near the entrance to the outlets. It's always well stocked and sometimes I find better items there than at the outlet. If you check in with a Yelp, it will tell you to go to managers office for a $5 coupon. Don't waste your time, there is no coupon. They will direct you to their website to sign up and to download the coupon book for the entire outlet. It's worth it as there are individual coupons for most stores. I was just at this lululemon to buy leggings. There was no line but I walked through the checkout lane to wait. A female cashier was ringing up a customer when I walked up and she appeared to be the only cashier. An older lady (grandma) walked right up to the counter with her granddaughter, skipping the line. There was a gentleman crouching behind the counter that I didn't see, who started ringing her up. The female cashier had finished with the previous customer when the lady handed her a piece of trash to throw away. The female cashier saw me waiting in line, and instead of ringing me up, she walked away to toss this lady's trash and then started chatting to a coworker. Disney stores are now closing, so you'll want to check out this wonderful Disney outlet that has amazing discounts on super cool items from every franchise. For shoe shopping, unless you have a specific brand in mind, famous footwear outlet is the way to go. I found some nice timberlands for about 15% off (and no tax). Stores catered to men such as Calvin Klein etc are good if you are in need of casual or business wear. Sport clothes you have Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour. You may want to reconsider shopping at Nike or adidas if you are coming from Portland and know friends (or friends of friends) who work at either of these two stores. Access to the employee stores can net you 40-50% off of new, on season items. Bathrooms located in the back and are clean. Its always shop`o Clock at wood Burn I have maybe come to Woodburn a handful of times and most of those have been mostly out of boredom and not because I needed something . I honestly don't think they have that great of a pricing that I cant find in the city without having to drive miles for it . There is a wide range of options available to cater to everyone's needs clothing stores, footwear shops, perfume outlets, kitchenware stores, baby clothing stores, luggage outlets, sporting equipment stores, athletic wear, gift shops, and multiple dining option. There is also clean restrooms and at more than one location .I do like visiting some of those stores that we don't have a lot of in Portland like Tommy Bahamas , Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, White House Black Market ,North face and Crocs .The express at this location is also great and has much more selection than the one in the city . Oh my goodness. We stopped on our way back home from visiting my mom in Salem and this place has it all! I couldn't believe how many stores were there and even a few restaurants. We went in to a chocolate shop (delicious), North Face, Adidas, Nike, The Children's Place, and several others. I wish I had had more time to explore. There were probably 20 more stores I wanted to check out. We rode on these fun little electric bikes. $10 for 10 minutes. Super cool place. I can't wait to go back next time we are down there. This place is the reason why outlet malls are not as busy or popular as they used to be! The collection os stores here was impressive, but the pricing was 100% ridiculous. Lat's start talking about Rocket Fiz. A franchise that has closed more locations than they opened in recent years. It's all about Gourmet Soda and Retro Candy. The big sale was a 6 pack of soda for $20. So you want to charge me $3 per bottle for the same soda's I can find in select grocery stores for $1.25? Anytime I can find outlet items cheaper outside of the outlet, it's a concern. Let's movie to Lacoste, the biggest Crack Smokers in the game. How are you charging $150 for a logo polo shirt, even at half off, it's too much money. They have no business at an outlet with their unrealistic pricing. Next up, Asics. Another store that has been closing locations. They had sale signs up all over the store, problem was signs didn't match the merchandise it was placed in front of. For example, 40% off signs were every 3 feet making it look like the store was on sale, however the fine print said, Apparel only and guess what. As a shoe store, the store is 85% shoes, so why are you misleading shoppers. Let's movie to Adidas. The store was 50% unless marked otherwise, My issue here was difference. Most shoe stores apply an additional discount to shoes on their back wall. Those boxes never have lids to identify them as close outs. I saw a pair of shoes I liked, but where not priced, however I had seen the shoes on the floor and thought I got lucky and would get an additional 20% off. When the price rang up the same, the cashier wasn't bright enough to understand the point I was making. I asked him to get a manager. Turns out the manager was the same guy that told me to expect an additional discount from the back wall. He understood my point but told me something happened to the lid from that box and it couldn't be stacked with floor stock so it was put on the back wall. Two things, it could still be stacked, and if you are going to put it on the back wall, you should apply the same discounted rate. A smart person would have applied a discount for the confusion and sent me on my way, not here. They felt good about wasting my time. Clear example of a poorly managed property that only cares about lease collection and percentage profits. I don't not recommend and will never come back. read more

tax free ! Yes please This is one of our to go outlet when we're in Oregon just to do some of our shopping out of the way for Christmas or other events . The tax free is definitely worth it when you come in a group traveling from Washington. However, they might not have all the stores you wanted like Kate spade, etc. They don't have a big of options for when your hungry. Their food court is not as big as other outlet, since they have only two options that's next to each other. The rest is scattered like subway or cinabon. read more

Hmmm, covid-era makes it definitely feel more deserted than pre-covid and there's only a few shops where the lines are crazy to get in (Nike, Kate Spade, Under Armour, etc) whereas the rest of the mall had a lot of empty stalls. Wished they would amp up their tenants (i.e. lululemon outlet??) as for most of us this is a destination shopping trip. They do offer curbside pickup although it's hard to do outlet shopping wise!! read more

Really great outlet. There was plenty of parking. I really liked the stores. We got some good deals at the Disney Store. This was a hit for our kids. Bathroom facilities were clean. I wish there was more outdoor seating area with shade though. We went on a sunny day and it was hard to find seating after we bought our Jamba Juice smoothie. read more

I wish we could have spent more time here, we arrived about half an hour before closing so had to rush and just sped through to Disney and Puma. But they had a really good amount of quality stores, some great deals at those two we visited, and it was very pretty and clean. Who doesn't like tax free in Oregon? Since my friend and I were visiting Portland for the weekend, we wanted to go shopping, especially when it is tax free. Unfortunately, the self-touted premium aspect of these outlets is not warranted. It was actually quite a disappointing experience. The stores that are here are not premium. I would characterize the stores here ranging from low to mid end. Also, I'm not sure if the concept of an outdoor mall is a good concept since the entire time I was shopping, it was rather cold and windy. Although there was ample parking, I wish they did had some premium stores. I didn't think it was worth the long drive from Portland to this outlet. read more

I've seen worse and I've seen better. We came on a Sunday and there was parking. Looking for ski pants for our daughter, we were able to find one for 50% off at Columbia. It turned out to be around $34. That's a steal if you compare it to to the price at the slopes. Some stores in the outlet were looking at $400. Ok,for an outlet, that's a ridiculous amount of money. They have your traditional premium outlet stores with really no eateries. There is an Annie's pretzels. Surrounding area in the mall has Red Robin, Elmer's, Panera. It can be hit or miss at this mall. We came here 7yrs ago and they have more stores, but again, it depends what you're looking for. The shopping pass discount is really nothing to be excited about as you have to spend quite a bit at a participating store. read more

My cousin, sister, and I made a pit stop to the Woodburn Outlets while on our way down South OR. I feel like if you've seen one outlet mall, you've seen them all. To my surprise, Woodburn Outlets was a lot prettier than a couple of the outlet malls where I'm from in CA. It had an open plaza feel to it, but it was all under an enclosed structure with high glass ceilings. It was a beautiful, sunny day, so I got to enjoy the experience of walking around in the natural light without being exposed to the elements. I liked the layout of the place. It had one main strip stores but broke out to three smaller strips with more stores. I found the bathrooms to be accessible and conveniently located around different parts of the outlet. They were also very clean and maintained well. Woodburn outlets had a great selection of stores. There were several brands that caught my attention today including North Face, Tory Burch, Nike, and Columbia. Furthermore, these stores that I popped into had amazing deals because of the July 4th weekend. I bought a new pair of Nikes for more than half off, which was a total score in my book. Gotta love the no sales tax in OR, too! If this outlet mall had a lululemon outlet store it would've been game over. read more
