Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. The outlet also does promotional events as we saw one by Xfinity in the parking lot.

Yes, you have to have a BiMart card to get in, not a big deal truly! Also, it is an employee owned store which, in my opinion, is awesome. I think some of the problems originate when people are rude to the employees and I've, unfortunately, seen that happen multiple times. I'll keep going there to shop.

Today I encountered the Rudest worker at Bi-Mart, didn't acknowledge me, or say hello. She had an attitude and a scowl on her face the entire interaction. I had an issue with price, advertisement, I even went back to double check and brought picture proof when I returned. Nothing changed, she could give a crap. Technically I should've gotten it for the price listed. She wasn't even listening, didn't want to hear it. I'm sure she rolled her eyes too! I didn't push back, but I should've, or contacted management, but I was already having a rough day and didn't want to get into it with her. She was a white lady, brown hair, probably 40-50 years old, last check stand by the Tobacco, wearing a dress or skirt, with glittery green eyeshadow. 11:45am on Tuesday 10/11/23. I quit coming to Bi-Mart in woodburn for a long time, after multiple interactions with "CUSTOMER SERVICE" workers who were anything but customer oriented. I decided to give it another try....NOTHING has changed. I'm so sick of giving my money and business to these local companies that treat us, their "CUSTOMERS" like trash. I won't be back.....I guess I'll take my business to a big chain where they're friendly and help their customers out.

Eventually a manager came to help her and the two of them continued to work on whatever the issue was. The original cashier just stood there, doing nothing at all. Eventually another cashier came to open another register and then her customer had an issue. Now those of us in line have been there at least 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by anyone anywhere. We customers may as well been invisible. I knew there were at least 2 more workers in the store, one in the back corner straightening out the clearance racks (hardly a priority when you have customers waiting for 20+ minutes to purchase their items). I understand that there can be issues at the register, no prob. But the utter lack of acknowledging the customers, thanking them for their patience, or proactively calling another employee to help at the cash registers was epic in the utter disregard for customers. I love Columbia but wow, better training is absolutely needed!

They call it a clearance store however the clothes here were just regular sales. I think the store will be good for some winter items. The customer service level is just as minimal as the store and decor. One person seemed to be stocking shelves and one person behind the counter. No one is really there to assist the customer. I did a quick walk through and out. Good luck there!

My in-laws gave us a rectangular Corningware container that we love using when we host brunch because it can hold both the scrambled eggs and the hash browns. We wanted to find something similar with a glass lid. We got a 3-pack of rectangular Corningware of varying sizes with two glass lids and three plastic lids for about 60% off! Since it was Labor Day Weekend, there was a huge sale. We picked up a few other items, including a pan scraper and a pizza cutter that's clear and safe for non-stick pans. My in-laws picked up some glassware and other useful kitchen gadgets. For the outlet, if you check in via Yelp, you can get a $5 coupon from the mall office to use at any store. We arrived just after the office closed at 6:00, so I walked back and forth between the store, the office, a nearby store that supposedly took care of the coupons when the office closed, etc., on a hot Oregon day in early September. The employees at this store witnessed my struggle and honored the $5 coupon for me even though I didn't have a physical piece of paper. Now that's customer service!

They purchased their couple sets back 30+ years ago in San Francisco. That brand was really awesome. But to me, it was not easy to find. Today came and decided to walk in and I saw it right at the entrance. I was too excited!!! I had to call home about it. Mom was too excited. We ended up getting a set of 10 and very likely will be back to get more. I took a quick glance around and I realized that lots of things I have at home can all be found here. Corelle plates and Corning ware and yes Revere pots and pans. I was too excited when I walked out the store. Back when my parents got married and bought their kitchen stuff it all came from the store Corning ware but they just didn't realize it. This is not my first time in this outlet but first time walking in here. Now thinking about it, my mom loves buying corningware. I should have figured out. Yes Corning ware and Revere products are great. We are still using our original Revere products after 30 plus years
