When I returned to the kiosk, the young man working there appeared annoyed that I interrupted his phone call. Instead of listening to my concern, he immediately accused me of doing something to the bottle and even laughed while speaking with me, which I found extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He then called someone, and I overheard them say that because I didn't have my receipt, they couldn't help me--even though I had proof of purchase on my American Express statement. It was disappointing that they were unwilling to verify the purchase or make any effort to resolve the issue. What makes this even more concerning is that this isn't my first negative experience. On a previous visit, I almost purchased what appeared to be a used perfume, but fortunately I noticed before leaving. This time, I trusted the product without inspecting it thoroughly, and I regret doing so. Customer service should be built on respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help customers--not assumptions, accusations, or dismissive behavior. I have made significant purchases from this business in the past, but after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are many retailers that value their customers, and I prefer to support businesses that stand behind the products they sell and treat people with courtesy. I had bought an item there from someone else before and now inquired if they had it. When I asked for the price he in turn asked me what I had paid before, I remarked that what I had paid before didn't matter. His answer was to cuss and tell me he would not sell to me. He actually began to curse, and wanted to assault me, I thought his black hair and beard would turn red! Guess to him it didn't matter that I am a disabled senior who walks with a cane. He is just a very nasty abusive individual by nature who should consider himself lucky to even have a job. Avoid this place at all costs.
