However, after researching the 6 perfumes I purchased, I realized that some are overpriced. I understand the concept of being a business owner, so I get the increase, but doubling the price is a bit crazy. One item I purchased was on Amazon for half the price. Overall, the customer service was good (on the 2nd day). I plan to go back if the price is cheaper than what I find online. Make sure you check online first if you want to save money! Also, don't let them talk you into buying oils. I don't think those are legit.

They carry a large variety of beauty brands, which are good quality and reasonably priced. And , they have one or the other promotion going on always. I found the exact shade of neutral I was looking for with a bonus blast of other colors for $8.50 ! The size of each color is smaller compared to my usual, but considering my eye shadows always get discarded due to expiry date, I think I prefer these smaller ones. The staff is super friendly. I had 2 people come up to me to help for the 10 min I was there. So, I got it, but could not use it as it did not come with a brush- not even disposable. No, not that I think they should provide because the price in itself was a steal, but my assuming that there would be one made it not wearable for the purpose I got it ... ha..

When she showed me the result, I politely asked if she could tighten the curls to achieve a sleeker finish, which was my main request. Rather than making a simple adjustment, she took the entire style down and redid it completely, taking another 20 minutes. It was clear she was frustrated by my request, and the final result did not reflect the look I asked for or what I expected based on the photo I provided. I've attached pictures of the finished style for reference--unfortunately, it was not acceptable for the formal event I was attending. That said, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of both the manager and the receptionist. They were understanding and made a genuine effort to make the situation right, which I'm very thankful for.

I went into this Bath & Body Works location for the first time the other day. They had some great…read morespecials going $13.95 for 3-wick candles that are usually $27.95, and the body mists were marked down pretty steeply as well. I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out.

Again, thank you for the response and I am now a bit more open to visiting your shop. I stopped by to look for a goat milk soap for my mom. The two men working at the register suddenly stood up and were on high alert. Immediately my friend and I felt like we were being watched. They had a good selection of soaps which led me to pick up a honey bar of soap. Seconds after, the young caucasian man told me he could hold it for me in the front. Mind you I had no bags in my hands and neither of us were hiding. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I didn't walk in to be racially profiled or observed like some wild animal.
