The staff I've encountered are very knowledgeable about things that I ask them about and even suggest what is comparable to the items. There have been several times I was aggressively loyal to a product and someone on the team introduced me to something else that has now become my staple. Not certain why this location has such poor ratings. I've tested their consistency in helpfulness on plenty occasions and they're pretty solid. (eg. Most of their inventory is clearly priced, some is not. There are areas that have clearance items. I was looking for smaller containers of dip powder so my options were limited. However, there were so many male utensils and tools and those are sold in individual packages, which was perfect for me. I ended up buying a mix of powders that were on clearance and others that were not but were priced around $4.50 a bottle. The bottles are a little larger than the ones I had. I believe they each hold 2 ounces of powder so they should last me a long time since I only do my nails 1 or 2 times a month and rotate colors. Employees were staying busy but stopped to help when asked. Otherwise, they let you shop in peace.
