This shop is rather small but we didn't want to have to wander around to find what we needed. An employee named Hannah was SUPER friendly and helpful. She took us over to the clippers and even told about different models. We decided on a set and headed to the register. The line was lengthy and it took a bit to checkout. A different employee checked us out. She was nice as well. We were absolutely shocked to learn that Hannah was only on her 2nd day! I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out.

I typically have only found them for that price at a place on the North side or off Cullen, so to find them in Pearland is a gas saver! Lastly, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I waa greeted and given space to shop. Thank you for that. Although I was disappointed on one item ai bought (a comb) where the paint was peeling off of it as I was parting my freshly washed hair, I really cant be too mad at a comb for a $1. I'll just take some alcohol and remove the rest of the paint so I can use the comb. You may not find everything you want here but there are enough items to make you a return customer.

I've attached pictures of the finished style for reference--unfortunately, it was not acceptable for the formal event I was attending. That said, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of both the manager and the receptionist.
