It was busy, so I get that it's hectic. But she was clearly over it. Eyes glazing over, super short responses, that vibe where someone is already tired of you and you just started talking. She basically pointed at one product and kind of brushed me off. The frustrating part is I was already leaning toward that exact serum. I just wanted confirmation or a little insight. Instead I felt like I was inconveniencing her for asking basic questions in a store that literally sells beauty advice as part of the experience. Sephora is already pricey, so the whole reason I went in instead of ordering online was for guidance. If I'm going to get treated like that, I might as well just click buy from home next time. When I got home and took it out of the box, I discovered the lace was damaged (I so wish I had taken a picture if I know I'd be writing this review). I immediately called the number listed on Google but go no answer, straight to voicemail--so I had no choice but to drive back in the rain. I spoke with who I believe was the manager or the owner's son. After checking my receipt, he returned with a replacement of the same wig and, in a very nonchalant and rude manner, accused me of causing the damage, loudly stating that it was not a manufacturer defect and that "someone" must have tried it on and pulled it out. This was extremely untrue and unprofessional. This was a $50 quick wig. I can replace it easily, and I would not have driven through the rain if the damage had been my fault. Your business sold me a damaged product, and instead of handling it professionally, emotions took over. This is my first time here and I am highly disappointed. Please do better.

Even though it was quite busy inside on 12/17/2025 around 2:30-3ish, I'm so thankful I was able to get Onyx's help. For the first time ever, I was able to participate in the "Bring 5 Back" program and get a free fresh face mask in return. I didn't know how to partake in the program and was honestly a little nervous about it. I had washed my pots out and made them super clean, but I just don't like walking into places like I own them--it's a respect thing for me. I wouldn't walk into someone's home uninvited, and this is their place of work. Onyx was really quick to walk me through the process and made it so easy. The exchange was wonderful, and she was so understanding with me as someone new to the program. Onyx helped me not only figure out what would suit my skin type but also guided me through choosing the perfect one. I'd never tried a fresh face mask before, and she helped me select Coconut Shie. It smells absolutely divine and makes my skin super soft! I came home and couldn't wait--I had to use it before even hopping in the shower. Onyx truly made my day with her exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and genuine care.
