I love coming to this Lush because it's always so well-stocked and spacious! Everyone here is consistently kind, but today Onyx was absolutely amazing. Even though it was quite busy inside on 12/17/2025 around 2:30-3ish, I'm so thankful I was able to get Onyx's help. For the first time ever, I was able to participate in the "Bring 5 Back" program and get a free fresh face mask in return. I didn't know how to partake in the program and was honestly a little nervous about it. I had washed my pots out and made them super clean, but I just don't like walking into places like I own them--it's a respect thing for me. I wouldn't walk into someone's home uninvited, and this is their place of work. Onyx was really quick to walk me through the process and made it so easy. The exchange was wonderful, and she was so understanding with me as someone new to the program. Onyx helped me not only figure out what would suit my skin type but also guided me through choosing the perfect one. I'd never tried a fresh face mask before, and she helped me select Coconut Shie. It smells absolutely divine and makes my skin super soft! I came home and couldn't wait--I had to use it before even hopping in the shower. Soaps, skincare, toothpaste, body spray and more. Customer service is friendly enough. The newish Sticky Dates line smells like a vanilla, sweet cake but not like a kids scent. Large location. I have been meaning to try lush for bath products. The brutal winter and heat abuse has damaged my hair now I find it almost impossible to have my baby hairs lie flat on my head. I started looking at their shampoos as I didnt see their hair products and an employee walked over. I am not going to lie I was initially annoyed as I thought this would be yet another store where employees hawk you for commission. This was not the case. I did not get her name but she pointed me in the right direction without being pushy. I sampled the Zeste styling gelly(12.95) in store and think this will really help my crazy baby hairs. This gelly has hold without grease which is super important when you have thin hair that gets greasy easily. I also grabbed a creamy candy bubble bar (7.40) that smells just like candy while waiting in line. While the prices are not the most budget friendly you get what you pay for in quality (at Lush anyway). It is a nice touch to be able to try the products in store. For example the styling gelly otherwise I would have been hesistant it seems I am buying more products than I am using mostly because they don't work as I expected. I cannot wait to make it back in for a body scrub or showering products. read more

This place is terrifying. I went in here this past weekend to get a gift card for someone. Upon entering I noticed that there were approximately 9 employees and 2 customers. The space is pretty tiny, so it felt incredibly crowded. The smells in the store are also quite overwhelming. If you're the least bit sensitive to fragrances, you will want to stay away from here. I get the feeling that the sales associates really try to up-sell you when you're checking out. I observed this happening to the girl who was checking out next to me. I wonder if the employees get a special bonus for each extra pumpkin bath bomb they sell... Overall this joint is not for me, but I know people who swear by their products. read more

This is the newest addition to the Lush chain, located in Cherry Hill Mall. I've been waiting eagerly for this shop to open just because it's so close to me! Plus you don't have to deal with the parking hassle of the Walnut street location or the distance of the AC location. Anyway, it is on the smaller side compared to both its sister stores in Philly and AC and seems so just because the whole shop is so narrow. They do carry many of same items as the other stores, including their Valentine's Day goodies, such as the Ex-factor and Frog Prince bath bombs! However, they only seem to carry the best sellers (at least when it comes to bath bombs) because although my faves were there, quite a few of the others were not, and I'm sure its because it all comes down to space. Everyone was super helpful although dressed a bit odd for an instore event they were having (odd meaning I felt like I just stepped into a live version of Grease, complete with neck scarves and leather jackets!). Stopped in with my friend who needed a few products that she cannot get in California. The store is huge! And so are their prices. Sweet baby jeebus! I have a specific facial/hair/body routine with products that help with issues I have. I wouldn't mind using Lush, but it really is out of my price range. The Cherry Hill store is clean, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and organized. It's very colorful and really draws your eye in. It seems fun, but I'm not into the hype. read more

During my holiday shopping at the mall I randomly wandered into Lush and fell for their fresh beauty products. Lush use fresh and (some) chemical ingredients in their wide range of shampoos, conditioners, body bars/scrubs, face masks, make-up, moisturizers and etc... Prices are $10+ and for the their high-end gift baskets someone could spend to the tune of $100-$200. Honestly, I don't have a stereotype for Lush so for the first time in a long while I was intrigued with how interesting they not only supply their store but they even have a full newspaper that displays their goods. I'm immediately drawn to an avocado face mask that not only has an expiration date but also has a sticker with the name and face of the person who made it. The sales people are pushy at times but also eager to sell you something that you could really enjoy; testers are available. In the end I walked out with a volume shampoo called Big ($24) and a fresh face wash ($15) called Angels on Bareskin. At home, the face wash left me feeling exhilarating and fresh. The shampoo was smelly in a bland way (not bad but not good either) and while it was fun to buy, my everyday shampoo is cheaper with the same results. For a Xmas gift someone bought me two body scrubs that were overwhelmingly scented. Every time I walked in the room the scent of the scrubs packed a punch. Unfortunately, I haven't tried them yet but I'll try to update. My best suggestion to anyone looking to check out a Lush product is to go in their store and wing it. You can look online or in their newspaper but don't set your eyes one item since they may not be in stock. Also, if you frequently buy their black box products you can bring in your empty boxes for a free fresh face mask. read more

I haven't shopped at Lush in the past but I will definitely be going back. The products are cruelty free, vegan, and they smell amazing! Some products are on the higher side but it's worth it. Went in here a few months ago and a friendly worker named Taylor gave us the star treatment. She was helpful about the product lines and also pulled out a giant cooking pot and filled it with water. She showed us what one of the bath bombs looked like in use and she increased sales because of that. It was fascinating to watch. read more

Pro: Sometimes you have to treat yourself, right?!? Now I admit that I'm not usually one to rave about personal products, but Lush has a good thing going for itself. A vast array of hair/skin products, lotions, and bath accessories awaits within their doors. Personal favorite is the Prince Shaving Cream. Fun fact: proceeds from the Charity Pot Lotion go towards charitable contributions to small grassroots organizations working in the areas of environmental conservation, animal welfare and human rights. Gosh. I totally understand the Lush obsession now! Victoria was a BIG help. When you step in this store, you're surrounded by a million things you want to buy, so it helps to have an associate help you navigate, especially if it's your first time. You can try different things at their sink. I HIGHLY recommend the sea salt body scrub with the vodka in it. (I will post the name later!) I am so happy Victoria let me try it and that I bought it. My skin has NEVER felt that soft with any other scrub. Ever. And you can use it on your face, too! Also, the sugar lip scrubs are AMAZING. I bought the Mint one and am totally in love. What's even better is that you can lick it off after you scrub your lips with it, so the mint acts as a little breath freshener, too. GREAT before applying lipstick or gloss, too! You can also get samples of most things with a purchase. I got the Sea Soap and am addicted already. The little slice goes a long way! And it's a really awesome color teal. I had the greatest experience in this store. I went in to see if they sold more than those bath ball fizzy things because I was really quite curious. How could a store survive selling only something like that? Then I realized they sold more. A lot more. I asked about facial scrub, which I was going to get at Sephora when I left Lush. My sales gal, whose name I cannot remember to save my life, was just incredible. Asked me some questions then suggested the Ocean Salt. I sampled it on my hands and loved it. AMAZING. Gentle, effective and it smells like a margarita! I love that when you save a few containers (five, I think), you can redeem them for a freebie. Also love that everything is natural, not tested on animals AND that each product is marked by who made it. My favorite part was when I asked about the bubble gum lip scrub. I ended up sampling that, as well as the chocolate lip scrub. read more

I write this most as an empowering statement for the people that may consider treating themselves. Today I had to most empowering conversation about being single with this woman at Lush. I remember all my life wanting to have someone on Valentine's Day because I thought that was the "normal" and "right" thing to do and be in. But I am so happy to say that I feel so much wiser, stronger, and happier to NOT be in a relationship since spending the last three Valentine's Days in a relationship that happened to be very toxic. Now 22 (almost 23), but I have never felt so empowered to push to get to where I am, want to go, and doing it on my own...and saving all the money. I hope that you all on Facebook who are single will feel empowered to go out and be a little selfish. Get a facial, buy yourself something, drink some wine, make a recipe, get your nails did, etc. You deserve to love yourself as much as you want that other person to love you. Okay, let's be honest, this is a hippie soap place. It's like laid back, flower power nation. And conservative me has to grudgingly admit to loving it! I didn't want to, I really didn't, but the charm was just too great. I find myself in there with my girls trying masks and lotions and makeup and I really can't say I don't like anything there! It's all "hip." I will admit to not loving all the smells of the handmade soaps, but there is so much to choose from that if you don't like one, you will be sure to find another that you do like! The products feel so great on your skin and you know they are good for you. Just one thing, BEWARE before you go - be prepared to be totally addicted! It's enchanting. P.S. I love Lush products. I swear by their face products which consist of: Ocean Salt, 9-5, Angels on Bare Skin, Vanishing Cream, Greased Lightening, and Cosmetic Warrior. My skin had cleared up immensely from it. I've used their other products and it has been hit or miss. Some products don't smell as fantastic and some are awesome. Products are a little pricey but I don't mind spending the money if they work. Overall, I love the smell of the products and when I walk into the store. It's colorful and cute. Sometimes, the sales people can be a little bit pushy but that is because they have to make the sale. I've also been the ones in King of Prussia and Atlantic City, but the Cherry Hill location is the easiest one of me to get to. read more

Let me start off by saying I came in here with a recommendation from someone for a shampoo Bar. I have my kids with me so I plan on being in and out. I entered and I was greeted and went about my way but went back up to saleswoman and asked for some assistance. Cassidy took me over to the area of what I was looking for and I told her a little bit about my situation of my hair I asked her what she recommended before telling her what was recommended to me and she explained the differences thoroughly she was patient and helpful and suggested honestly. After I chose what I wanted she recommended a sample of something that I can try and I really appreciated that as I did not want to just try something and absolutely not like it I went to pay and she made up my samples and on the way out The kid spotted a fun area of play fun which I never knew about its use for bathtime but can also use dry so we spent 10 minutes at the table playing with it and Taylor came over to introduce us to the product and was so kind as she listen to me talk about my experience with Cassidy and then I asked her about some skin care suggestions for my next time I visit at that point she went over and made me some samples and told me to try them so I know what I'm looking for for next time .The Energy both Cassidy and Taylor put into making sure that I had something that would fit my needs and I never looked forward to taking a shower as much as I did tha lt night. I used my shampoo bar and my hair feels literally squeaky clean I haven't tried any sample products yet but either way my experience at the store and they're honest opinions and the time they took would make me go back I'm so glad I chose to go in there rather than order online thank you for giving me a great experience read more

Every time I just go in here to browse I only spend about 3 seconds doing so because I hate that if I walk 2 feet an employee has to rush up to me and annoy me. I just want to look I don't wanna know in super detail about your products or have you touch me and rub something on me, just leave me alone! I was so excited to find out that Lush had finally opened up @ the Cherry Hill Mall. I went there today & I was greeted with nothing but smiles & helpful sales associates. Everybody there was so kind & willing to answer any questions that we had. I ended up purchasing 2 hand/body soaps after searching around the small store. Not as big as the Philadelphia location like Jamie M. below me had stated, but nonetheless stocked with a variety of items to choose from. Love this company and their handmade products! Not tested on animals - i love it! Ocean salt is my absolute favorite. Just be aware that since their products are more natural than most, a lot of them have zero preservatives and expire quickly. Store is really small but tons of options! The only complaint I have is that the sales associates harass you as soon as you enter the store. If you need help, they are there for you, but they also push buying other items. This was my first time at a Lush store and I was blown away. I can't believe how many fun creative products they have. The staff is very sweet, Mercedes asked me for what I was looking for and showed me different products and her own experience with them. She made me feel comfortable with their offerings, and stayed with me to find my favorite scents. Overall, I can't believe this is a chain store, it really felt like a boutique shopping experience, even with all the holiday madness. This store is absolutely my weakness. There is (practically) nothing in here I would not like to buy. I personally do not mind at all when the sales people engage you and ask what you are looking for. The selection is overwhelming and they will definitely point you in the right direction. As a bonus, they will try products on you so you will walk out of the store smelling like a goddess and your hands will be soft as baby bums. I can't speak for all their locations. I hate to sound cliche, but every time I go into this one I find myself walking out with a smile. I have found several products of their's that work for my hair like no other. But the staff has always been awesome. Though I get that they are doing their best to sell me on products; I've never felt pressured. Had some interesting conversations that have stemmed from mutual interests. Also nice that the massive amount of (mostly amazing) scents don't give me a headache like I'm used to getting from other bath and body related stores. Just wish they had coupons for in store use. A non-pushy Lush? Where on Earth does such a place exist?! Well, it exists at the Cherry Hill Mall! Like many Lush fanatics, we've all experienced the sales push at least once - maybe even tens of times. However, that has never happened to me here (yet). The store is very small compared to the one in Center City, but is still stocked with fantastic products. Sometimes the size combined with the crowd can make for a horrific experience, but that isn't the store's fault. The employees I've encountered have always been sweet and more than willing to let you test out the product at hand. I always leave with at least a few goodies and a smile! I prefer this location over the center city location, even though I live in the city. The staff are so friendly, and always very helpful. However, I do wish the store was a little bigger, it can become a tad over crowded. I like that they remember me, and the products I love. I've been to Lush A LOT. With my daughters, with my girlfriend, wth my girlfriend and her daughters, with my mom... I'm surrounded by women, so almost every trip to the mall calls for a stop in Lush. And on some of those occasions I've done some shopping for myself. I use their shaving products and face salt scrub for when I shave. There's nothing new in me saying their products are good. They are. But just as good is the service and friendliest of the staff. I've never not been greeted immediately and in a friendly manner as soon as I cross the threshold. They are courteous and helpful, and always willing to make recommendations or give samples. Talk about culture shock...when we discovered that Lush was in the Cherry Hill Mall, well, you can imagine. I almost slipped into a coma. I did not feel like the employees were pushy at all. It's their job to offer help, so that's the deal. When I asked the employee a question, she was able to answer it and give extra info. She was very helpful. You can get a slab of soap of any size- no minimum required. Price is by weight for some. They are famous for their bath bombs that make you feel like a starlet or at least a starlet's groupie. Prices are decent for mostly all. They gave us a free sample and even wrote down the name of another product we should try. They are very friendly. They make sure you know how to use their products. Stuff is returnable after thirty-one days with receipt if you did not love said stuff. Without receipt, they will give you another product. All stuff is vegan and decadent, which is a tough balance. No animal testing. Get there quick to become a goddess. read more

I absolutely love this store! The ladies and men who work there are all super friendly and helpful without making you feel pressured into buying anything. If you are unsure of a product, they will gladly demo it on/for you.
