He happens to have a gallery in Aspen and my husband is a photographer, so we had to check it out. The gallery managers were SUPER friendly and walked us through the exhibit. They talked about the printing/photographing techniques used in each specific photo, which was really interesting. The photographs were gigantic and gorgeous - they almost had a surreal quality to them. We could never afford one in a million years, but it's nice to look.

The staff was helpful and willing to show the art under different lighting. They do not allow for photos of the art which is a little old school and makes it difficult to show to a spouse or significant other who may be involved in the purchase decision but that is certainly their prerogative.
