Said she could be there with 15-20 minutes either way. I told her I was in the middle of moving and the house was empty and easy to clean sans high ceilings. She said no problem we reviewed how many windows and confirmed time. She said she "did not use masks or anything with Covid". I said fine as the house was empty just would like when meeting to wear a mask. She said fine. Next day... i left early to wait. I waited almost and hour and half. No phone call. No indication she was not coming. I left the garage open and a note that she could start the work as I am pressed for time moving garage and outside stuff. My new home is in an upscale neighborhood. Very safe with many fully occupied homes around it. I called her at 1pm (I left her a message at 11am with her answering service). She picked up and said "she was having a tough day". No explains Thom then out of the blue said "I went to the police because I was not comfortable." Which might be understandable if she bothered to call a number she clearly had. Or apologized and offered another time with anything to a knowledge how rude and unprofessional her behavior was. Do not use this service is you want reliability or avails having 3 hours of you day with no consideration of others taken up. If I could give no stars... I would.
