I had a few rugs in my house steam cleaned. The two men that came to do it were very friendly and efficient! It only took them 20 minutes to do both my living room throw rug and a small bedroom. The team is good. Three "sparklers" show up and all get right to work. They used to do our large 5 bedroom home and when we downsized to a much smaller 2 bedroom home we kept them on as my wife and I both have very busy careers. The house is clean and fresh smelling when we come home. We have asked them to do certain things that are a little out of the ordinary. Such things as clean the top of the clothes washing machine because that is where we feed our cat. Oil the soapstone bathroom vanity. They understand and take care of it all. If you have an issue with something just leave a note or point it out to them and it's taken care of. I'm very glad we kept them on after the move to the little house. read more

This is a review for the team of cleaners who came to my house. It sounds like others have had better experiences with other employees of this company. The team that came to my house fell extremely short of our agreement. And their guarantee is meaningless-they do not come back if you are unhappy. They only cleaned 1/2 of what was in our contract and missed certain areas entirely. The company asked how the service was since I decided to discontinue using them. I responded that the job was incomplete and never heard back. The service I use now does a great job with half the people in half the time. read more
