The only competent attorney I dealt with was conveniently terminated, which should tell you everything you need to know about how this place is run. Her replacement was an arrogant, condescending disaster. He spoke to me like I was an inconvenience, blamed me for issues that were entirely within his responsibility, and showed zero professionalism or basic human decency. I was talked down to, rushed, and pressured into accepting terms I wasn't comfortable with just to get this nightmare over with. Then came the real incompetence. I was explicitly told that the firm would accept service on my behalf -- yet I was still served legal papers at my home residence. Total failure. That alone proves how careless and disorganized they are. It caused unnecessary panic, stress, and chaos because I was falsely reassured everything was "handled." It absolutely was not. And after all of that? They had the audacity to charge my card $3,500 for services that were not rendered. No protection, no execution, no results -- just a bill. Pure incompetence paired with shameless billing. This firm doesn't just "drop the ball" -- they don't even show up to the game. If you value your money, privacy, or sanity, stay far away. There are law firms that actually care about their clients. This is not one of them.
