Perika's Terrace is on the southwest corner of the busy Highway 180 and Main Street in Seminole, TX. They have some parking on one side of their building as well as around the backside. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, my family and I had dinner here after my niece's dance recital. We just walked in & found a table. No reservations. My daughters and I were first to get there even though my brother said he would probably beat me there. Ha! We ended up getting tables scooted together for 18. Almost half of our party were kids and one baby. I enjoyed the food but I could tell the fries were the frozen variety. My daughter's turkey club came with sweet potato waffle fries so she asked me to switch my regular fries with her. I obliged. My beer battered cod was really good. Flaky. Wonderful tartar sauce. And while the cole slaw was a bit soupy, it was delicious. The best I have tried in a very long time. So there are three key things... For large parties a 18% gratuity is automatically added. If you use a credit card, a 3% charge will also be added to your bill. And lastly, they were a bit slow in getting food out to us, but not terrible. I just wish they had brought the youngest kiddos their food FIRST and not last! Other than that, Maria V. did a fine job. Very kind and respectful and remembered most of our items. At home I make dirty martinis with both gin and vodka, but when I was asked I had to choose just one. Lol. I asked for vodka. The female bartender did make them really good though. The restrooms were clean. I love the inside with the dark ceilings, bird cages over the chandeliers, and the rustic feel of the brick walls. We were there from about 6:47 until almost 9 PM. I had to throw this in from the movie "The Last Word": Harriet Lauler: "Do you find any problem in procuring me a disadvantaged youth to mold?" Anne Sherman: "Oh, um, Home Depot is probably getting another shipment in soon. The shelves will be stocked." Harriet: "Sarcasm, the wit of the witless." Anne replies as Harriet walks out of the Anne's apartment: "Condescension, the repartee of the rude." (Harriet stops in her tracks.) continues, "Sorry. Sh... shit. Sorry." Harriet: "No. No, no. When I went Thursday evening, they were more interested in serving the people in the back beers and alcohol than they were to customers inside of the restaurant emphasize that I kept seeing the waitress eating all night so no, we will not be going back there it should not have taken one hour to get a quesadilla. read more

Stopped by Seminole, TX, and did a little shopping Abeja Renia Boutique. Afterwards, we were feeling a bit thirsty and wandered next door to Perikas Terrace. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing afternoon of drinks and appetizers-rustic charm meets modern flair. Wine bottles lined the walls, and chandeliers enclosed in birdcages added a unique , cozy touch. The bottle beer along with both the strawberry Chilton and pickle Chilton each one incredibly refreshing. Definitely planning to come back for lunch or dinner. read more

Rustic jungle meets farmhouse glam! This spot is a cute place to grab a bite with an amazing view tucked away in downtown Seminole. A group of my friends went boutique shopping and specifically chose this place based on a recommendation from one of their friends. We started with a round of Chiilton's - Fresh lemon juice mixed with Tito's and Topo Chico seltzer for a refreshing afternoon cocktail on the patio. We also settled on some fried pickles and green beans to nibble on while we waited for our order. Both were quite tasty and served with a side of zangy ranch. I ordered the Perika burger with avocado and pepper jack cheese. The fries were cute fat ribbon curls and crisped to perfection. The ladies I was with ordered the Perika salad, BLT, chicken sandwich, and the Turkey avocado club. All of us enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Arrived and was seated at 6:45. We did not receive our food until 8:30. We watched people that came 10 minutes after us get their food, pay and leave before we got ours. We had a table of 8. And 4 of them were kids that only ordered burgers. Waiters got upset with me for asking about the situation. It was my mother's first time there. She has already admitted that she will never go back. I will fallow suite. Sad when the customer is at fault for asking a simple question after over an hour plus about their food. No manager came out to explain or apologize. read more

We've eaten at Perika's several times while in town for kid's basketball games. We have only great things to say about Perika's. The food is delicious and the service is great. The menu has something for everyone. We started out with the Bird Nest appetizer. My husband had chicken fried steak, my daughter had a turkey avocado wrap, my son-in-law had a burger and I had the Perika's Grilled Chicken Salad. What a lovely place to eat. I like the dim (but not too dim) lighting. Not too bright and not too dark. Everything I have had there could compete with 5 star restaurants. My favorite thing os to split the Anna's salad and cheeseburger with my sister. The salad is light and full of flavor. The burger is very high quality. If you like burgers you will love this one. The wait staff are quite friendly and keep your drinks filled. The prices are a bit high but you are paying for quality. read more

Perika's wine bar provides a chic setting with light fare a full bar and great wine list. Expecting a restaurant not a wine bar, three of us dropped in for dinner. I was a little disappointed at the limited menu, but was intrigued by the atmosphere so we switched gears. We started with an appetizer board and our first round of drinks. Everything on the board was good quality, and I couldn't help thinking this would be a great place to bring a date. They only have one entrée on the menu each night, that night it was seafood gumbo, but when I told the waitress I was allergic to shrimp she talked to the cook and they offered to cook me anything on the menu (Thanks Perika!). I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. One of my friends is from Cajun country and he said the gumbo was really good, but pointed out the base was more of a broth than a roux. Again, they both enjoyed it. The grilled chicken with bacon and pepper jack cheese was spot on. The good, the bad and the ugly: I am not a wine drinker, so I leave it to my peers to review the wine list. This is a new bar in a very small town and they are obviously still working out some of the details. I choose not to ding them for the service, but it was very slow and our server made a number of basic mistakes that I don't care to enumerate as I am not going to count it against this beautiful little place as they push through some growing pains. In the end I give it a bonus star for being a unique venue in one of my favorite small towns. Grab your best girl (or guy) and enjoy a great bottle of wine. read more

Walked in, seated ourselves like the sign said and waited for at least ten minutes while watching the lazy @$$ servers looked at us and continued gossiping. Know for a fact the blond running her mouth saw us and the brunette saw us too when she served food the table beside us...BUT TOTALLY IGNORED!!!! 5 whole people were in there and they could not help us. This place is in Seminole, TX - unbelievable! They have a full menu which surprised me after reading the reviews. And there are options for just about everyone. When we arrived the place was not too crowded, but it filled up quickly. I guess being the only restaurant in Seminole where you can have wine with your dinner, this would be a popular spot. FYI, you have to buy a "membership" which was $3 for the day. I think there was a weekly option as well? We started with 2 house salads which were on the small side but tasty. For an entree we split the fried catfish which was delicious! Crispy on the outside and juicy flavorful fish. Our server was knowledgable and attentive. Being an oilfield town with lots of locals and out oft owners, the people watching was great. I will be back when in the area. read more

We had to let our fried mushrooms cool down a bit otherwise we would've burned our mouths! Salad was tasty & we all enjoyed our food. Chipotle crispers are tasty & the fries have a unique shape. Service was good, food, not so much. The menu is very misleading. I ordered the Tilapia "On a bed of rice" what I got was two Tilapia filets in a pool of sickly sweet Mango chutney syrup. The "Chips and Salsa" I ordered as an appetizer was again, not what I expected. The chips were deep fried flour tortillas. They crumbled to dust if you tried to break or bite one. I have wanted to eat here for a long time. We went in on a Saturday evening. Grabbed a table. We got our drinks right away. Ordered the Bird's Nest (although we were told they were out of fries and they would use waffle fries) for an appetizer and the Grilled Pork Chop plate. After waiting over 30 minutes we noticed everyone that came in after us had their drinks and food on their table. We asked someone from the bar about our appetizer. A few mins later out comes the appetizer, with the fries (they are out of) and 1 minute later our pork chop plates arrived. The menu described 2-grilled pork chops with a raspberry glaze. Our plates had 1-pork chop that appeared to be pan fried with NO GLAZE. When we asked out waitress about the discrepancy we were told something like, Oh, we are out of the glaze and we haven't changed the menu to reflect only ONE PORK CHOP for that item. That would have been nice to know. The food tasted good even without the GLAZE, although EVERYTHING was COLD when it was brought to our table. We had to ask someone to get our waitress to get the check. My companion only had large bills so after waiting almost 5 minutes for change, the waitress returns with large bills and one $1 bill. Needless to say (because we are decent tippers) she got a very generous tip that she did not earn. NO APOLOGIES FOR THE WAIT OR FAILING TO EXPLAIN when we ordered that they didn't have the Glaze for the pork chops and that PORK CHOP IS SINGULAR and NOT PLURAL! We won't be back! read more

A truly well put together bar/ restaurant. The menu has improved every time I've gone as well as the quality of the food. I believe they're still learning what goes best in the kitchen, but it's definitely worth the price. Appetizers and desserts are probably the weaker things on the menu. From what I've heard the wings are the most disappointing but the Wine Platter is great. The bar is fully stocked with a wide variety of drinks along with professional tenders who know their stuff. I don't think I've seen anyone under 21 there ever. Which in my opinion- sets a WAY more comfortable environment to relax in. The bar is definitely a centerpiece to this place but it doesn't take away from the restaurant aspect. The decor is modern and tasteful. It feels very casual and inviting, inside and out. The rooftop area has a decent view of the surroundings and is a great place for a romantic sunset dinner. Parking can sometimes be an issue but you'll never be more than 20 feet from the entrance. All-in-all this place is clean, friendly, and really worth a try. If you're looking for a chill place to unwind with friends or a reasonable place for a date I definitely recommend here. read more

I enjoyed this restaurant. My family and I were in town for the weekend from Baltimore and Las Vegas, NV. The food and the service was quite good. I enjoyed the atmosphere, it was comfortable and fun. We were there this past Saturday, March 16. A singer/guitarist by the name of Dustin Garrett (I believe he is from Lubbock) was there. Perfect music for the evening, a little jazz, blues, old school top 40s. He did a great job. Compliments to the chef for preparing great dishes of grilled pork chops, steak, chicken fried steak...and to our server (wish I would've gotten her name).
