Had a 9am appt. filled out all the paperwork (8+pages) ahead of time and got there 10 minutes early. Sat in the office/patient room for 40 minutes. Heard the doctor go into the room next to me at 9:25am to start that appt while mine was supposed to start at 9am. I was a first time patient that day. Your lack of time/appointment management led to feel like I was just another appointment and there is not a chance I would let you work on my body knowing that. How can you be that late at 9am? Over the years,(and I'm 66 years old) I've visited many chiropractors and never felt that I was helped or "fixed" in any way until I was seen by Dr. Zalone last November. (I'd been recommended by a friend who lives one hour away from this practice and makes the commute just to get treatments from Dr. Zalone!) I cannot believe how thorough my doctor (Dr. Zalone) treated me. She asked that I get an x-ray first(no one, EVER, had asked me to do that before....I was impressed!) and then, at the next appointment, Dr. Zalone showed me the results from the x-ray and explained why I was experiencing pain. Afterward, I started going 2X/weekly and now, I could probably go every other week except that I always feel COMPLETELY wonderful after the corrections. The office is clean, offers corrective/healthy products, but there is NEVER any pressure to buy anything. Amanda, the office manager is a delight and manages the office with a beautiful smile.
