When I complained I wish you had specified more clearly what you needed in your Referral she callously stated "I'm not playing these games" . Like $189 is 'playing games' . I don't recommend going to her if she runs her office like that.

After her cleaning was done by her hygienist, the hygienist mentioned changing insurance policy and rates. Upon enquiring at checkout, the receptionist mentioned that our insurance Aetna was dropped by the doctor. My wife proceeded to ask her why she was not informed of that before her appointment with the receptionist answer was that Aetna does offer out of network services and and that my wife should be fine. This is totally unprofessional behavior and and we would've hope that they would've let us know before the appointment for.

She did an amazing job on the teeth cleaning, and also gave me detailed and personalized instructions for better care at home (including demonstrating brushing techniques on a model).
