After nearly 40 minutes at the scene, he towed my car just three miles to my house. Once we arrived, he said the total was $470, including a $48.50 "gas fee" that was never mentioned before. He refused to unhook my vehicle until I paid the full amount. I was stuck, had no choice, and felt completely taken advantage of. There was no paperwork or warning about extra fees. Be careful - insist on a written estimate and ask about all charges before they start.

They called me when close to the location as asked so that I could meet them there instead of staying out in the heat waiting on them.
