Sadler's decided to tow my mother's vehicle even though she was parked at her place of business and we spoke with the owners of the place that we rent from and told him that you cannot tow people's vehicles that lease the property. He refused to believe us made my mother pay him $60 in cash and tried to continuously tow her vehicle. He even was on speakerphone with the owner who told him the same thing. Called the police department... Wish they would have gotten there before we paid him to get her car back because he kept on pulling it regardless of us telling him to please stop that it is not right. Unbelievably disrespectful! read more

I had to call for road-side assistance twice. I had my own vehicle towed from my home in Colfax and the driver (Rory) arrived ahead of the ETA that Geico gave me for his arrival. Rory was going to jump start my vehicle until he noticed that the serpentine belt was shredded, so a dead battery wasn't my only problem. He towed it to the Ford dealership for me. The second incident was on my way home from work, I passed by a lady stranded on the side of the road on the interstate, so I went to the next exit to go back to help her. It turns out that she didn't have a cell phone to call for a tow, so we did it on my cell. Ken came in a matter of a few minutes after call and towed her car to the BMW dealership. The car had run-flat tires and the passenger side rear tire shredded. I drove the lady home, which was only a couple of miles from the dealership. Keep up the good work Rory and Ken. read more

This is the most HORRIFIC place to work for or do any business with, they constantly asked me what my BLOOD TYPE was, asked if I was a Christian and sent me videos on Nephilliam, god, demons, angels and saying that my BLOOD Type is Demonic, All Sadler's driver are Disgusting and constantly practice homosexual behavior and techniques with each other in and out the work place, as well as messages. They had me work for a weeks straight not allowing me to go home, every time l asked to go home they literally wound not answer and just sent me more calls so l had to sleep in the truck for over a week that cause server damage to my body, I constantly asked for pay stubs so l could get an apartment that I was working with, I just needed paystubs from work and they constantly refused to provide them so l had to save money sleep in the tow truck and find a private owner so I could have a place for me my fiancee 3 month old bby son and 7 year old son, we we homeless for over a month because of the company not provide pay stubs. After over a week working 24/7 with no overtime my body became completely exhausted to the point I told them I couldn't do a call they sent me because it would be to dangerous me being at the state of exhaustion, The owner son that was acting as the owner told me to park truck and go home, I don't work there anymore.
