When we contacted these folks again they were rude and told my mom she still needed to pay. When we told the lady at this DS Notary we got the paperwork cleared and she could speak to another notary to verify, she completely changes her tune! She said there was never an issue all along. They were rude to me and not sympathetic to the fact that my dad died just 2 months ago and now they are making this process wholly heartbreaking. Worthless business with incompetent owners/staff who don't know the pertinent laws. I can file a motion to compel them to follow the court order and make them pay my attorney fees and court costs for the hassle but who has time for that?
