After a google search and calling the first couple of vendors requesting my needs of a set of car keys I called Perks. I left a message which was promptly returned and the representative told me he kept many of the older model car key blanks and he would need to verify my specific type before he could commit. He said if I could stop by his conveniently located shop he could verify and order the needed blacks if needed. He had the correct blank in stock and was able to quickly and correctly cut both keys filling my need. We had checked both Chevrolet dealer and GM directly and neither were willing to help with a 15 year old car. We had price quotes if other vendors had the blanks of as much as $40 dollars. Perks had both keys cut verified and a new key ring for a flat $20.00 including tax. The Rep also walked out to the car and verified both keys before he would fill out the invoice. I asked about a couple other type keys and a needed key fob for my other cars and he encouraged me to drop by with both dons and the truck so he could investigate. Made appointment quickly with us. Was early for appointment. Rekeyed several locks and replaced a couple door knobs at an office building we were renovating. Very fair pricing. This business is exactly what it advertises. Professional, yet courteous and efficient while completing the job. I had an older car, over 20 years old, and they were able to remove the door panel, which was very tricky to remove; removed the door lock, extracted the broken key and cut a "new Key" ( in the rain no less) that worked perfectly the first time.
