No one had the blank key planchet that I needed, so I quit driving around and called Pull-A-Lock from a parking lot. I talked to Cameron who was friendly, somewhat soft spoken. He checked right then to see if he had the blank. He had an identical one, but with a slightly different code number. He was helping another customer, but told me where his shop was so that I could meet him, as well as when he would arrive. He arrived promptly and we went inside the building. He tracked down the blank and showed me that it did indeed match. He then cut the key and we checked to be sure it worked. Not only did it work, but it opened the trunk, which my key (also a duplicate, but from another business) was not doing! I checked the door and ignition and the key worked. Although other stores were less pricey, it seemed that no one had a blank that would work on my old car. Cameron made sure that I was satisfied before leaving for yet another service call. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. I'm a licensed locksmith myself, but my key machine's switch is not currently working. Nevertheless, I was pleased with Cameron and the quality of his work. It was worth it to skip digging the cutter out of the garage, fixing the switch (again!); and take my troubles to Cameron. AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire.
