I went through six laser removal sessions to get rid of my previous tattooed brows. After that experience, I knew I needed to find someone I could completely trust--so I did a lot of research. That's when I found Shelby's Instagram and Yelp reviews. I followed her work for a while and was so impressed by her attention to detail and beautiful results. It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her! As I get to the building I find no suite number or name so I asked this lady in another suite if she knew where suite 152 was and she said "yes next door but it's empty" just then the lady I was to meet came out (that was a red flag for her neighbor to not know she was in business next door) but I went in anyways and she locked the door behind me which then made me very uncomfortable. I said your company name is not on the door and she said nothing. I said do you have pictures and she showed me a couple from her phone and said she had been doing this for 2 years when I asked. I said why no reviews she said she was from Sweden and was getting started here, I said am I your first? she said no not at all I've done many. She immediately wanted to numb my eyebrows with out explaining anything or even outlining my brows to show me what they would look like first. Also, she never advised me of what I shouldn't do 24 hours prior to the service, like no alcohol, no aspirin, or no caffeine day of, etc. I told her I was nervous and left. Then I found Karen on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. I love my eyebrows they came out great!! I couldn't be happier.
