Hey there, Thanks for stopping by. Sooo, I effed up. And here is how Ooh La La Nail Salon appreciated my scenario. I have hard, tough, ugly big feet. That are difficult to work with. There aren't many skilled nail techs out there that could have the patience to do a thorough work up. I feel so ashamed to walk into any nail salon and today, was no different. I sat suffered in silence while my nail tech toiled and chipped at my dogged feet. They came out clean and pretty so I am again presentable, but as an added measure... I follow up my pedicure with a home foot peel. This is an amazing measure to gain that soft rub on your loved one silky feet. So nice... However, I had Ooh La La Nails paint with a regular nail polish and not a Gel Nail polish as I normally would because I loved the color. Sadly, the foot peel and regular nail polish did not vibe. My nails were ruined! UGLY! I called over to Ooh La La Nails and humbly asked if they could comp a free-of-charge re-polish; due to my neglect. Without any hesitation after my sad story, they fit me in, after hours. Thank you Ooh La La Nails for not allowing me to suffer through having ugly feet because of my mishap. This location is so much bigger than their last place, and it is a significant improvement and a space of their own. The Nail Salon is off horseshoe bar road a crossed the street from taco bell and raleys, tucked away in a small parking lot. Tommy and Pearl have done an excellent job fixing this place; it shows once you walk through the doors. They have always done a fantastic job whenever I come to them with some crazy nails I found online or just the typical French tip or gel style. I had a similar experience to Amanda G unfortunately. I have been going here for over a year now and will not return. I was rushed and shoved around the whole time as they were in a hurry I guess. They kept putting color on my toes that didn't have any color to it or match the fake nail that I was picking the color from. So, I would say no try another color. And they got upset with me and said "we don't have time for this." I left and told them I would paint my own nails since they could not provide the service. It has been a week and my daughter who also had her toes painted has had all of the paint chip off. read more

Just got these 2-17-23, it's been a long time since I've have my nails done. Felt like getting girly and oh my god l, I love them! They are so beautiful, I love the color! So natural looking. I got the dip. But I'm pretty sad, when I took a shower this morning 2-18-23 my middle finger cracked on the edge, as seen in my pictures. I haven't done anything this weekend except for be home. I just did a walk in for two full sets and two pedis. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted us kindly. They weren't put off by us not having appointments.. That got to us quickly and did an amazing job. They introduced themselves and asked about us. They did an amazing job on both services and gave us both what we asked for. They took their time and didn't rush through to get us out of the door. They offered us water and chocolate multiple times, and made sure we as comfortable as possible during our time them giving us extra pillows and towels. The space is the same size as before they moved in, but it is so much more welcoming and looks bigger than before. It is a bright and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend giving them shot! read more

Well I am a Nail Snob. This place is average at best. For one the pedicure sucked, massage was horrible and manicure they kept burning my skin with the electric tool. I used google translate while in here and they talk bad about their customers. They think we can't understand them but technology has evolved to understand, if you want a a quick fix it just in town real quick then this will be okay. read more

Ooh la NEVER AGAIN. I came in with a design and shape. As I watched his process I abandon design for a quicker exit. I pointed out several times that there was acrylic and polish on my skin, ended up picking my skin clear of polish and acrylic for an hour. Requested cuticle care, Didn't happen. I didn't appreciate a teaspoon of cuticle oil poured on my hands. There was no luxury about this experience. In this new location I have found them to be curt, not wanting to do pedicures or manicures but have other staff members do them, and when they have agreed to do my nails (or I would not go back), they did not take the time nor care they used to provide.
