Having been a client for several years I have received services from almost every member of the team and it's clear that Dayna's leadership and commitment to high caliber service translates through each member of her team. The environment is relaxing and modern, there's a comfortable lounge for waiting and private spaces for the facial/waxing treatments. Speaking specifically about the brow treatments, Dayna has completely transformed my brows. I was a victim of over-plucking, she helped me to grow back thicker brows and define a shape that compliments my face shape. Separately, the hydrafacial has revived my skin. I was suffering from a broken skin barrier and extensive blackheads (dry climate). The hydrafacial regulated my skin tone and helped to heal my skin barrier. Kristen is AWESOME. I've been having issues for a while with…read moremy face. I had amazingly clear skin. Then all of sudden issues started popping up in my late 20s. Unfortunately it can be hormonal but it helps when you have a good skincare routine. Anyways, her studio is really quiet and an oasis. She truly focuses on what is right for your skin type. I personally ended up talking to her the whole time! Some people dont usually like to talk during their treatments which is fine too and I'm sure she will accommodate that. But I love talking to a similar soul and skincare enthusiast. Anyways at the end of the treatment she provided me with some of the samples that she used, which I think is all from Sanitas Skincare. My favorite sample was a toner she used and completely rejunvinated my skin - it was the Beta Clarifying Solution. I highly recommend her! Also, be aware that this is solely her business and she is the only person providing your treatment. Therefore she has a limited schedule, so make sure you book a month or so in advanced! Unfortunately, Allison O refilled my missing fans with classic solo lashes. After confronting her asking why she only replaced singles vs he 12d fans that had fallen off she told me to book a volume fill. Ultimately, I will never go back here. Again lost all of the replaced lashes within days. No solution to remedy the situation. They reached out to ask how things were and to schedule a fill with no reply after stating what happened

She responded and was kind enough to squeeze me in on a super full day. She does an exceptional job of explaining the aftercare and even has her own patented product that you shower off after 4 hours. Although after the shower, I looked almost the same color I was before, I woke up this morning and I already have the perfect glow that I was looking for. It takes 24 hours to fully develop so don't stress after the shower! You'll be the perfect shade in 24 hours. No orange hands or weird spots between the fingers or on the feet and ankles. No WEIRD SMELL!! Yay! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is a kind, easy to talk to, self made amazing human who makes you feel comfortable even though you're pretty much naked and as vulnerable as it gets . Her location is super easy to find and is really cute inside. Wear a long sleeve shirt and pants or a long dress and a sweater etc. That's how you avoid any smudging after the Spraytan. There was absolutely zero transfer to my clothing and zero creasing. I can't wait to visit again. She also offers amazing teeth whitening with no sensitivity, which I will be coming back to see her for. 15 minutes, no sensitivity and up to 10 shades lighter. I love how in this day and age, It's really hard to not have nice white teeth. I can't recommend her enough!! Definitely go see her!
