My brow hair color also happens to be quite a bit lighter than my brunette hair, and so getting them darker really helps with my overall face profile. The waxing job was wonderful! The shape was perfect - we went with my natural shape and just cleaned up around outside. The tint color was exactly what I wanted (though sadly my brow hair doesn't hold tint very long...sniffles). My brows looked fabulous and dark and well-shaped and didn't require me adding any pencil filler to them for at least 3-4 days (which is a miracle). It's been almost a month since my service, so of course the tint has mostly faded at this point. But there's still enough there that I can see where to fill in the rest of the brow. She took the time to answer my questions regarding her other services, including my inquiry on the pain level of micro-blading...which she says isn't all that bad for the average person. Aside from the waxing services and micro-blading, she offers lash lift and tint, which I hope to be back for in the future as finances allow. Jacki is located inside a hair salon off Downing St and NOT at the University location that will still show up in a Google search. Just go to Peachy Clean's website for the location. As a heads up, the waxing and the tint ARE priced separately and not in a package deal like many salons offer. The price of the two services separately will not allow me to go to her location as often as I'd like, but her work is totally worth it if you can budget in the wax/tint once every 3-4 weeks. The salon location is also located in a neighborhood near the university, so plan for street parking. There are fun little cafes to hang out at if you need to arrive early to get a spot and then wait for an appointment. Highly recommended.

So I had my eyebrows tattooed 3 years before, and it came out uneven so I was SO skeptical about…read moredoing it again once I managed to get the ink to fade. But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! Being blonde, my eyebrows have always been translucent and mostly disappear in photos. Now on top of that, in less than 5 years I can become a member of AARP, get 50% off any item at ARC Thrift Store in Tuesday, and maybe get 20% off a slice of pie at IHOP. As cool as all of that is, age is not helping my brows . Right now, I'm in the flaking and fading phase of the process but still feel better about what I was previously working with. I had an appt for my youngest to get their first spa treatment yesterday, a HydraFacial. I made my appt online, but there was an issue when I arrived with it not showing up correctly, but they got that sorted out in little time. The office was a bit hard to find because there isn't good signage on the exterior of the building (or at least I didn't see it). It's a small office but the staff is very friendly. My only critique of the office was the level of noise. It's small so you can hear everyone talking, laughing and carrying on in places you can't see and that didn't add to the overall "spa" feel. Lisa saw my kiddo and was super kind to them and walked them through every step. They really helped them relax and feel comfortable. Their skin came out beautiful. Super dewy and well hydrated. We purchased some exfoliator as well for them to use at home. I would bring them back for additional treatments.
