Good hair cut but did not give me the desired color effect that I wanted. I asked for chocolate brown hair color color and carmel highlights. I wanted chunks of carmel instead it was strands of hair that don't really look carmel colored more golden red. read more

Ashton is a 20/10 if there is such a thing!! Today was my first visit at at Bottega and it was Ashton's first day or week there. I travel full time in my RV so finding a good hair stylist can be extremely challenging. I randomly chose Bottega Salon and stylist Shelbi and she did not disappoint! She listened to me express my concerns about my hair, which is straight and fine. I wanted a short style, something new, as I was tried of the daily pony tail. She corrected my hair color giving it more dimension and gave an adorable short haircut that I absolutely love!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. Absolutely do not give this salon your business. I got the worst haircut of my life there because I am pretty sure the stylist was drunk from the night before. All they did was gossip about other clients and then they ended up telling my mom a month after her appointment that she is not allowed back because she was "rude". The truth is the stylist was not on time because she allowed the client before to add on additional services that went into my mom's time slot. There are way better salons that treat customers with respect and have more talented stylists. read more

I had a Balayage, grey cover and trim here. It was my first visit..Grey already showing - less than a week later Pros: Got me in for an appt immediately, great color & clean salon. Cons: Very expensive at $340 before tip for what I would compare to an Ulta salon experience. I left with color on my arms, hands & head. Unfortunately, I had extremely personal information shared with one of her clients who I was no longer in contact with. I called the salon to speak to the person, Kim, the owner, who was sharing my information and she did not take accountability. Instead of apologizing, said to just not come back to the salon, this is simply not OK. Gossiping is so juvenile & unfathomable. I am beyond unsatisfied, I'm in pain & angry. Aside from waiting with products on my head for way too long while Lindie took 2 other customers, my complaints about burning & itching were far from treated with professionalism. I was told to wait and let her know if it "really hurt" while she left for another 20-30 minutes. I have scabs all over my head & am heavily using scalp cream. Of course that doesn't look good, aside from the visible scabbing. I won't be going back!! read more

The stylist, Bridgette was very pleasant and professional however she didn't style my hair as requested. Bridgette was shown two photos of the hair cut I wanted and two examples of what it "wasn't to look like!" We looked at the photos of the right hair style a couple times because as she was shaping and cutting the back of my hair, I pointed out she was trimming it too short! I ended up with a very masculine looking cut with bare spots in the back and side. Again, Bridgette was very nice and the salon clean however I will not refer anyone to her. read more

I followed Kathy from her old salon in Cherry Creek to Bottega in Littleton. I was pleasantly surprised how aesthetically contemporary and hip the salon is and also how personable and relaxed the owner and stylists are. Personally I have only seen Kathy so will speak about her as a stylist. She is always on time, always squeezes me in for an appt given I wait until the last minute and always bubbly. My hair cuts are consistently what I want. She helps me be adventurous whether it is in coloring, trying a new style or even with hair extensions. Most importantly she is honest, she will tell me what will work for my hair and never promises me something and not deliver. All around 5 stars! read more

Waaaay too expensive for a suburban, strip mall salon. Excellent hair for sure, but $170 for a partial highlight is INSANE. This is not a luxury salon. It is a strip mall salon. There isn't even a receptionist. Or drinks. I'm not cheap by a long shot, but I think the pricing is so far out of whack for the location and amenities. $130, $140 - yes. $170?? No. Hell no. At the same time, I salute you for having the balls to charge (and probably get) those prices. I just can't support that kind of pricing. It's actually sort of offensive to me. Also - you can buy Kerastase products online for 20-30% less than what this salon charges. FYI :) read more

She has done many different styles for me. Love my dark brown color right now. Julie is more than a stylist She is an Artist !!!!! I'm new to Kerastase and I just want to say I Love the products she used. She will call it milk for your hair. It's called Ciment Thermique and gives my hair so much moisture. The Elixir Ultime spray oil is top of the line. I love the smell of it. My hair is so shiny. I always get many complements on my Fabulous hair. This salon is so clean, great sinks with head rest.. I had Dannell and I will not be going back. She just rushed me in and out. I asked for a all over platinum blonde, I explained to her hat my hair was stubborn and I have experienced brass ones in the past, she assured me that I was in great hands and she understood my want and she could create that for me. Big disappointment, I saw it but she acted like it was perfect. I was there for so long I didn't have the patience to even argue. I can't rave more about this salon. As soon as you walk in you get greeted by the kindest lady who makes you feel at home immediately. I've been to salons where as soon as I walk in I feel scrutinized and then I get to wait impatiently in the waiting room. When I get my hair done it's my day to treat myself and I assure you they will make you feel papered and relaxed here. Of course all of the above is crucial but the stylists here know whet they are doing. The owner of the salon has been in the business for years and come to find out all of her clients have followed her here, including myself. She has been doing my hair for years and EVERY time I leave feeling beautiful. I have always had long hair and she was the first to give me a new cut...7 inches off and I have never had more complements. Her and her staff are known for their color expertise, the color is always spot on and lasting. I recently moved to Dallas and although I'm sure we have plenty of great hair dressers here, I have already flown back to Colorado to get my hair done and will continue to do so. I'm telling you it's worth it!! I have to disagree with the Keely below on the prices. I've been getting my hair professionally done for years and this place is priced fair and accordingly. We all know you have to pay for quality. I would be skeptical otherwise. But if you are on a budget or need pricing I'm sure the staff would be more than willing to give you a consult without any commitments. September 15TH I had an appointment with Lindie for a perm and hair cut. we went over the color of the rods, placement, and the hair cut. I liked her immediately. I have mobility issues, I was very impressed with her caring attitude. She blew out my hair, and left the shop I happy with the results, that was until I washed my hair, and found that the first three inches across the forehead was totally straight. I called niece in CA who had been a stylist in an Aveda Salon, and had taken care of my hair until she and my nephew mover to VA. We Facetimed, and she said it looked as if there was no waving solution put on the front. The cost was $174. which was the perm, hair cut, and a 20% tip. The cost did not bother me, because it was close to what I paid at Aveda, but I will not be going back to the salon. Lindie is the only one who does perms, and the bangs hanging in my eyes, and the back and sides were not cut the way I had described. read more

Left Cherry Creek stylist and could not find anyone I really loved in the Littleton area-- after a few places, I found Julie - I actually first met her when out to dinner-- could not be more pleased.
