Had my eyebrows,eyeliner and lips done by Debbie. second time I went in for eye liner she didn't listen to me. Wanted thin line and got a crappy thick line and it didn't match the other side. Eye brows were orange and there was no measuring done so they didn't match. I felt like I was being rushed threw the process..She always seemed to be in a hurry. Made me very uneasy. *15,000 happy ladys - I doubt that ! Found a great female doctor in Garden Grove who specializes in permanent makeup. Did a great job. Spends two hours or more on each prosedure. Measured, worked on me then going back to measure, making sure everything was right. Sorry Hector's wife had to go threw the same thing. read more

OMG, Debbie is awesome. She did my eyeliner about 3 years ago and it is still looking great. I recently took the plunge and had my eyebrows done as well. I LOVE, LOVE the ease of getting myself ready for the day every morning. I also got eyelash extensions done soon after, referred by Debbie. My morning face routine takes about 5 minutes or less. I've referred 5 of my friends who also had their permanent make-up and lashes done and they love the results as well. Remember to wear sunscreen, as it can fade a tad, just like tattoos, specially the areas that are more visible to the sun. Overall, I would do it all and over again. I had the best experience with Deborah! Permanent eyeliner was pain free, completely pain free! I do have to go back in two weeks for my touch up - but only because my eyes swelled and for safety she stopped the procedure. I was there about two hours and she took her time making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted. I had the same procedure done about 15 years ago at a different facility - was happy with those results so I wanted it done again! I have been going to Debbie for almost ten years. I love having my brows done as they don't grow in, with a good shape. She shaped them perfectly and this saved me so much time in the morning. I did not find the procedure to be painful at all. She has always offered, even during touch ups, to add more numbing cream if I wanted. I am very happy with my brows! I also had my lips and lip liner done and I love waking up in the morning with a healthy color on my lips. They normally are very blah without lipstick. It is great to go swimming as well, without worrying about smeared lip liner etc. I did find that to be a bit more painful. This makes sense as there are sooooo many nerve endings in the lips. It was still worth the small amount of discomfort to have the benefits of permanent makeup on my lips! I have to also say she concocted a beautiful shade of pink for my lips that I LOVE! I have had my eyebrows done twice by "Debbie", the first time was OK and lasted about two years, the second time it lasted 6 months. She is very unprofessional and makes you feel like everything else is more important then you, she answers several phone calls, makes other appointments, and spends time on her computer, all during your appointment time. I am very disappointed in the so called permanent makeup done by Debbie. I only wanted a touch up on by brows and eyelids as I had this done by someone else about 10 years ago. I have had to go back two times and she wants me to come back a third time! I did everything I was suppose to do afterward (careful not to get wet, used vaseline to keep moist, etc) but the "makeup" on the brows complete peeled/washed off. I had asked that the upper eyelid be a bit wide and the lower very narrow - but she did the opposite (that didn't come off!). It was extremely painful both times. Once when I complained that it was so painful she said "oh, I forgot to put on the numbing cream! While performing the procedure, she was constantly distracted with other matters and answering the phone. I would not under any circumstances recommend her to anyone. My girlfriend went to her the day before I did and has vowed never to go back or recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately we are both out of a good deal of money as well. A week after my eyebrows were done I noticed they were not matching in color and the end of one of them was too narrow.. I called to have her fix this and she said she would charge me for a touch-up. This was NOT a touch up it was a fix the original job. Professionals stand by their work and are usually happy to make a customer happy. She worked on my eyebrows many times before. After doing a lot of research, asking around and wanting this for years I finally found Debbie. When I arrived she was ready for me and gave me a book to look at different pics of various styles of eyebrows. We talked extensively about what I liked and didn't like, arch or no arch, etc. Measuring and re-measuring done with me approving every step of the way. When I arrived I wasn't sure if I could do the eyebrows, eyeliner & lipliner due to the cost. Well, after she was done with my brows I could see such a difference that I went for it. Again, Debbie took the time to review the pigment for my lips and remixed the color several times because I wanted such a specific color. She was super patient, helpful and kind. I now think of Debbie as an artist. She's very supportive during each procedure, stopped and gave me a little break when I needed it.. It's been less than a week, but no red or orange brows. The brows look great! I'm very happy. My lip liner looks great too and the eyeliner gives my eyes just a slight pop that looks very natural. Now that my brows have faded a touch I am very happy with them. (In the beginning they are very dark because tatoos fade). But now they are the perfect shape and color! I will be back in 3 weeks as I want eyeliner under my eyes too and I cannot recommend Debbie more. I'm glad to have found her! read more

Debbie is an amateur. She charges for a touch up after the original application, which encourages bad work to begin with. She had no record of my previous visits and blamed purple discoloration on a procedure that I had done 15 years ago. (She did my brows a year prior and caused the purple color.) The older woman who works at the front desk is rude. Yes, her prices are good, but in the end I had to pay to have her shoddy work redone. Wish I had gone to a reputable person to begin with. read more
