Kim is very sweet and does great lashes, but the scar camouflage disappointed me. I did it once back in 2022 and it turned out nicely. I was happy with it and it blended with my skin. I went back in January to get it done again since it fades and I immediately knew it looked different. I wanted to give it time to heal to see if the color would change and nope, it didn't. The color is way too dark and it looks like I have a huge stain on my stomach. I hate it. Kim did refund me but now I have to pay to get it lasered off which isn't cheap. Before meeting her, she had me send her a picture of my natural lips, and pictures of ideas for lip colors I Iiked. Once I showed up to my appointment, we looked at color options together. She gave me her professional opinion, I made a decision on which color I liked and then the process began. She put on numbing cream on my lips and reapplied numbing cream on my lips throughout the session to make me feel comfortable and pain free throughout. PS: her work room is very modern looking and clean. She did not reuse a needle and she showed me the disposable needle she would use during my session before we began. Kimberly did my upper permanent eyeliner one week ago today and it looks great! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Even before that when drawing the outline she would only proceed when she felt I was 100% satisfied. Kimberly is a professional and it definitely shows. I just want to cry...And on top of that, she took my appointment deposit of $100 as payment for the "extra charges", she said that my Groupon "supposedly" did not include it. Also I felt unsafe since she did not maintain Covid precautions, she pulled her mask down several times. She did offer to do retouch at no additional cost?
