I am the type of person that does an extensive amount of research prior to any service I am planning on doing and Microblading was no exception. I spend a lot of time, taking my time, thoroughly getting the necessary information about any potential business that I ultimately choose. I went with Valentina for a few different reasons. First, she is very easy to get in contact with and scheduling was a breeze. Although, I ended up having something come up closer to my appointment date (work) and had to reschedule, which Valentina was very understanding about. Once my actual appointment day came around, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Valentina took her time, explaining the entire process from start to finish, including what to expect after the procedure, taking her time to find the perfect color and shape for my face structure, all while continuing to explain in detail the process as a whole step by step. I not only love my eyebrows, I had nothing there before thanks to age and losing most of my natural hair. My eyebrows not only look very natural, she matched my hair color perfectly (natural redhead) which was probably a task in itself. I am even more grateful to her for the time saved getting ready every day in having Microblading done instead of spending well over an hour to get my drawn-on eyebrows even and they didn't even look natural before that anyway, depending how much time I would spend. Nowadays, it takes me 20 minutes max to get ready in the morning, with an already very hectic schedule with my kids, their schedules, and my work schedule. Not only is Microblading a lifesaver for me in particular, just on saved time, but the confidence that comes along with having perfect eyebrows is something that I will be equally grateful for. Not to mention, Valentina is so personable, very kind, eased my nerves, has a way about her that is unexplainable (in the most amazing way!)
