What I loved most about it was not only the education and information they shared with me prior to my permanent eyebrow procedure, but the care and time they took to make sure that my eyebrows were perfect for my face shape and eyebrow shape. My eyebrows prior to the procedure would take at least 10 minutes to fill-in because of the amount of hair that was missing from my eyebrows due to years of over plucking. After the procedure, I now can wake up with beautiful eyebrows that are already filled in and ready to go. Another thing I love about this team is they all work together !!! She is extremely professional and has a great bedside manner. She makes you comfortable from start to finish. Although I have high pain tolerance I still find her to be much less painful than other waxes I've had in the past. This location is in a small shopping center off Glenwood Avenue, but away from the busy Crabtree area. I had the same technician as last time named Esther, she kindly greeted me as I arrived for the appointment and took me to her room. Her hands were so gentle when she rested them on my forehead that I barely felt them throughout the process. I practically fell asleep during the whole thing. She's always so consistent and never fails to exceed my expectations! My lashes turned out super natural looking, but voluminous. I love how they turned out!
