I went to Colleen and she did a fantastic job. From start to finish she was so professional and so considerate and hospitable. I am amazed by her work and I trusted her expertise for what shape would look good for my sparse eyebrows. Previous to going to Colleen, I had microblade eyebrow tattoo from a salon in Hayward. However, it faded after one month. The lady I originally went to did not do a good job. Colleen stepped up and rectified the trouble areas and mistakes that my previous lady did. She really is the Wizard of Oz with eyebrows and she fixed everything and made it look even better than before. The healing process was very smooth as well. I am very grateful that I felt no pain and was very relaxed during the whole tattoo process. It was very doable. Also her prices are very reasonable and fair. I will be coming back in one month for a small touch up and I am very much looking forward to continuing to speak highly of Colleen and her fantastic work. I must admit I was nervous. After all, it is our face that people see and specially the eyebrows define our face structure. I explained everything that I need done and how I want it done. Colleen listened and was there to make sure I am happy. I'm happy with the results. went in for color correction done years ago. First off ...she rents a room in a spa. no advertising. injected me with pain killer. THIS IS ILLEGAL...outcome of many visits is.....the color faded out within one year, i have two tone color. when redoing my eye line, she says she hit a vein, and i know have permanent dark splotch below my left eye. have gone to a reputable permanent artist. This woman isn't allowed to work in contra costa county because illegally injecting people. I've now heard story after story about how she hit a vein and people are permently marked. She says...oh i'll just cover it up. NOT. doesn't really work and isn't done by reputable people. She will also go after me for this post. I was looking for someone to do my permanent makeup when I came across Forever Young Permanent Makeup. So I gave them a call. Speaking with Colleen over the phone was as if I had known her. She was very warm and easy to talk to. The day I arrived to have my eyebrows and eye liner done, Colleen was on time, very professional and kept everything clean, sanitized and sterilized. During the process, I was not uncomfortable at all, and Colleen remained professional at all times.
