She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered amazing genuine advice and kept me in loop as she shaped them! She educated me on my face and bone structure and how it would compliment different styles, informed me on where I could improve or enhance certain aspects. She took the time to have me see how they were coming along and gave me options on how we could shape them more. While she does wax and use different methods, for me she took the care to individually pluck and shape me! I saw her a week before my wedding and gave me so many pointers and tips on how to accentuate my brows on my wedding day. This salon were open to working with my current hand tied for now, gave fabulous highlights and lowlights to create a beautiful brighter overall look, and we are discussing our future plans for custom ordering our 30" or more length 6 months or so down the line when it is finally time to retire my Dakota London set. Other salons only go to 24", and I am not willing to chop 6" or more after all this work. Ottalaus has been a dream find. Depending on how my employment hunt goes, perhaps I will allow my stylist to play in the fantasy colors, but we will stay "normal" blonde for now.
