I'm very unhappy and I won't be back.

And the technique they use is non damaging, and lasts four weeks before I need a fill. The beds have a foam layer on top of them, so they're so much more comfortable and easy on my back. And it's always so clean when I arrive. I also love that she carries all different lashes. Style, size, and length. Most lash artist only carry what's used the most.

Ever since, I've booked over 10 treatments (mainly microneedling + hydra facial) and am obsessed with the Sanitas line, especially the honey cleanser. I recommend their Glo Signature facial, and they also have the Utah truffles for you to snack on your way out! My skin has improved for the better with the microneedling, and I hope they will have more facial lasers in the future! The vibe feels great, calming and after trying other places near home, I think I'll still make the 30 min trek to see Jennifer and Jaymie!

In the beginning she pushed for me to upgrade to their signature, I didn't want micro needling and because of that I felt she was annoyed the whole time. She didn't do many of the things listed in the description of the facial including LED light therapy or a choice between a customized hydro jelly mask or enzymatic peel (I THINK I got the mask but wasn't told and it definitely was not "customized"). There was no mention of dermaplaning as an option like in the description. The extractions also lasted literally 2 minutes. When explaining the signature, she said the only difference was the first 10 mins of the hour was microneedling and then it was a glo hydrate facial, making it seem like a hydrate facials takes around 50 mins. I arrived early for my appointment and the entire thing took barely 30 mins- my appointment was at 2pm and I was out the door by 2:35. Half the facial was also spent trying to sell me on coming back regularly and doing their program and purchasing the products, it all felt very impersonal and salesy. Maybe it was just who I got but I would not spend the money and go there if I were you.

This salon were open to working with my current hand tied for now, gave fabulous highlights and lowlights to create a beautiful brighter overall look, and we are discussing our future plans for custom ordering our 30" or more length 6 months or so down the line when it is finally time to retire my Dakota London set. Other salons only go to 24", and I am not willing to chop 6" or more after all this work. Ottalaus has been a dream find. Depending on how my employment hunt goes, perhaps I will allow my stylist to play in the fantasy colors, but we will stay "normal" blonde for now.
