I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

Great if you need to pick up a quick gift after getting your hair "did." After you get called by your stylist, you are then walked to your styling station to discuss what look you would like for the day. This then prompts a transition to the shampoo bowls, which by the way, is my FAVORITE part! The chairs are messaging chairs that turn on when the stylist begins washing your hair. They are amazing and worth every penny to come to Wild Ivy to get your hair styled. After enjoying a relaxing shampoo/conditioner treatment, you make your way back to the stylist chair, and the magic begins. Please sit back, relax, and let the experts do their thang. This is now my fourth or fifth time visiting Wild Ivy, and I have brought my daughter with me twice and a friend, and every time we have seen, we have been delighted with the results, so much so that I have joined there blow dry bar membership.
