He said he could help me with an issue I was having. He said he was going to contact certain individuals whose names I provided, but he did not. I had to ask him repeatedly. He never did any of the things that he said he was going to do. He had no drive, no ambition or urgency (as the statue of limitations was approaching) nor a sense of accountability. I did more work on this than he did. I would never recommend him.
