When i came in the day of the appointment, I was told all I owed was a little over $1200. I asked if they were sure, because my original quote was for more. The lady said she ran the numbers, and she was positive. They called a couple of months ago and left a message saying I owed more money. I called back, spoke to the lady that does the billing and she told me I shouldn't have gotten that call, because the service was originally billed to the insurance incorrectly. She would take care of it. It is now more than 6 months past the service and i just got a call 10 days before Christmas saying that I really do owe an extra $1300. That's more than then I originally paid them. I understand they can be off in their calculations, but over 100% off? That's ridiculous. I will pay it, because the service was done, and it was done well, but I will never go back. That makes me sad, because the hygienist, Sarah, is really good, and the dentist guy isn't terrible, but I don't want unexpected bills over the amount I previously paid popping up unexpectedly. Sarah, if you see this, and go to another practice that knows how to do billing, let me know and I'll be there!

The office has stated the issue falls on me simply because I initially agreed to the service, despite the fact that I attempted to cancel promptly. Additionally, the level of care I received was disappointing. When I expressed that I was in pain after the procedure, the staff member assisting me (Rhea, if I recall correctly) showed little concern and simply stated, "It won't last forever," when I asked how long the pain would last. No aftercare guidance or recommendation, such as taking ibuprofen, was provided. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and do not anticipate returning beyond picking up the teeth mold I was required to pay for.

After doing some research, I decided to give this dental office a try. The parking lot is so cute. Each spot has a star, so each customer can feel like a celebrity. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The decor is fully committed to a theater like experience with a popcorn stand in the lobby that has fresh popped bags of popcorn that you can take with you after your dental services. Each room has a theme. To name a few, there is the Marilyn Monroe room, Wizard of OZ room, Super Heros room, and the Star Trek room. My experience was pleasant during my new patient exam and cleaning. My only complaint is the lack of time management. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was seated in a consultation room and waited for 30 minutes before the dentist arrived. Once we were done there, I was seated in the exam room. I waited another 30 mins minutes for the dentist to start the examination of my gums. The dentist apologized for the delay and said there was a last-minute emergency, which I understood. Once we were done, they told me I needed to schedule the cleaning for another day since all 50 of their dental hygienist go to lunch at the same time, and it was their lunch hour. I explained that I could wait till they came back since I didn't want to have to waste another day coming back and waiting for hours, plus I wanted to purchase new retainers. My cleaning appointment was scheduled for when the dental hygienist returned. Everything went smoothly with the second half of my visit. I had to return 4 weeks later to pick up my retainer. Once again, I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment for the hygienist to come out and get me. Due to the room needing to be sanitized, she ended up handing me the retainer, I tried them on and was done. If I was rating the customer service and friendliness of the staff, I would give this place 5 stars. Everyone I encountered was professional and personable. Hopefully, my next visit in 6 months will not be a all day event.

They had to move on. They did nothing to make it better or make her feel safe, only added to her fear. They eventually told us that since we have Medicaid, they don't make enough money on us to waste any more time. They are a disgrace.
