My husband and I have recently remodeled our entire home and have been taking frequent visits over to Perry's for supplies. All the employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We've gotten new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, pipes, electrical wiring, a mini split and more! We have had no issues with anything we've bought and if we had to return/exchange something, it was done quickly with no problems. The new owners, Dave and Christina and the manager, Dennis are WONDERFUL people! They have gone above and beyond for us and helped us choose out the perfect kitchen cabinets at a great price. My go to place for plumbing and electrical. Someone is always available to answer questions and assist. Most recently my electric water heater went out and when I went to the store, Dave explained the main reasons they may fail. I purchased new top/bottom heating elements which were priced very reasonable (same as Amazon). Dave advised if the repair doesn't work to come back for additional help. I came back the next day and talked to Dennis who let me borrow his voltmeter to test the thermostat. I ended up replacing the top and bottom both and the total fix was under $70. Way cheaper than calling a plumber for such an easy fix. I'm surprised to see negative reviews here as all my visits have been pleasant experiences. read more

Perry's is terrible!! I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place and when I tried to reutrn $20 dollars of items and purchase $60 more the store manager tells me he can't return without reciept. When I told him to forget the purchace and I would go and get the reciept he gets and attitude and tells me it is not his fault and and I am the one with an attitude. Rude and with an attitude is not the way to get repeat customers. I will not be buying anything from Perry's ever again and I would recommend to everyone to stay away! read more

Told that's the way it is when I told them I thought there was an error, told high price of plastic, I bought it without checking and went back in to talk and they don't care. We want to do our business locally. but not here any longer. We found the product we were looking for and studied the information available. we went to the front desk to ask for a salesman's help. The fellow at the desk ignored Me as long as he could (even playing on his phone) before I was acknowledged. He finally called on the radio for the other salesman to meet us at the dept. No one at all showed up. From what I saw, one should drive up in a nice BMW to get quick help. Never again. read more

I'm shocked! In a good way... but still, I'm shocked! Over many years living in this community, Perry's had developed quite a reputation for not being competitive with pricing, and customer service was never touted. Not so any longer!!! Perry's has been under new ownership for about 3 years now. Long enough to really get a "new" business model underway. Until we began shopping for specific parts and pieces of a renovation, we may never have found the impressive changes new ownership brought with them. This place is amazing to shop... local. Yes, yes, you CAN actually shop competitively and not leave town. Could be one of the better kept local secrets but here's the whole truth: Perry's beat out both Lowe's and Home Depot on pricing (and on more than one item). The new ownership has gone above and beyond to train friendly staff (the most helpful floor people I've encountered recently), insist on awesome customer service, and find you exactly what you need at a price you can live with. No need to travel out of town to complete your building project. Perry's should be the FIRST stop for anybody in need of components to finish a home project. The inventory is more vast than you remember, and staff is overly willing to order what's missing on their shelves. Seriously... It felt so good to be impressed locally! Here's to overcoming negative press, previous ownership, and establishing great new policies and procedures to benefit your customers first. Love it. Keep up the great work Perry's! Perry's used to be a good store before they closed to bust the union and rehire non-union employees. The help there is now rude and unhelpful. Their prices have also gone way up. An electrical outlet box I looked at was over $6.00 while I bought the same box the same day at Farr's for around $2.50. Not a single employee was wearing a mask and when I asked about that they just scoffed laughing in derision. I've even had a booster shot and still wear a mask because it's my civic duty. The employees there apparently don't care about their customers and if they refuse to wear a mask then they probably don't believe in being vaccinated either. They used to have expert help but now have just wannabe plumbers and electricians that couldn't cut it in the actual trade. Before the owners busted the union you would be quickly approached asking if you need any help. Now you have to go to the counter and wait until the employee finishes whatever he is doing on his computer and acts put out by your questions. I've spent a lot of money in there over the years but now I won't spend another dime at that ignorant union busting rip off store. I also reported them to OSHA for none of the employees wearing masks. The positive reviews here must be from the employees or owners themselves. read more

One star is too much to give this business. The employees are rude, won't help you. Bought baseboard heaters and went to take them back because I purchased a new furnace instead. They wouldn't take them back and they were unopened with receipt. Bought just before covid-19 pandemic so I didn't get them taken right back. They won't exchange them .... 160.00 down the drain. Maybe they should be sued for prejudice because of the virus. That's an easy way to get out of doing the right thing! They wonder why we don't shop small businesses locally but maybe they should start supporting its clientele. My husband is an Structural Engineer...I will make sure builders I know learn about you. Plus I own a business! Bad business practices! The girl checking out is rude. I don't think you have much of a business. Customers are almost right all the time..especially in small towns. Word of mouth....and the word at this point isn't good. I could see if the item was opened without a receipt or something you no longer carry. But they were even your system. Recently discovered treasure at the coast!! Perry's Supply in North Bend.! Stopped to get a few items for a basic toilet repair and found such amazing prices and friendly knowledgeable people that we bought an entire bathroom for less than we would have paid for the Jacuzzi tub in Portland,Eugene and every where I researched prices.We are so sooo happy with Moms new bath.She is not good with change but is busy planning her brand new kitchen with the crew at Perry's.Super excited to know she is in such great hands.Thank you Perry's!!! Will never go here EVER AGAIN!!! If I could give a 1/2 star, that would be too much. Customer service was the worse. 1st of all, there were 4 guys standing around bs-ing and we asked if someone could help us. I asked if we could see some bathroom ceiling lights. I asked if I could look at a couple. I was rudely told "we have a million of them back in our warehouse. We're not going to open them just so you can look at them". REALLY?????? We go there as we do not have Lowes, Home Depot or Jerry's over here in our area. When we remodel our bathroom, we will go where there's better customer service. read more
