My favorite sections are the bags and the shoes. Parking is super easy at this location since it shares a large lot with a few businesses, including Trader Joe's. Definitely a win-win. You need a bit of patience to dig through everything here. The store itself is smaller than the one on glades in Boca Raton. And its entrance is set back off the main road of federal highway. There's parking right out front, however. They have a lot of designer clothing, but you need to sort through various racks. They have more casual clothing than dressy items. And I was searching for an event dress. I did find a few things to try on, but nothing I was in love with. Glad I came to check them out.

I usually find ribbed tank tops that are clearanced from the summer but none here for some reason. Anyways, while browsing I saw an oversized Old Navy Hi - Bounce Balls machine (see video). I dropped in a quarter and excitedly watched the multi colored rubber ball roll down the winding path and drop into a bottom cup where it was grabbed and the bounced it on the floor all the way out the front door. No purchase today although had a blast.

On this Saturday afternoon, it was pretty busy with three attendants at checkout. Although mine appeared to be rushed, he was seasoned and worked the customer line efficiently. Cute little clothing shop! We stopped in to browse and ended up buying so many things. They have a…read morelarge selection of items. The women's items were exactly what you'd find at Neiman Marcus - brands like Alice & Olivia, Charo Ruiz, and some other ones like PatBo, which I've never seen before. Dresses were super cute but running on the small side. Many dresses were XS or S, or sizes 0-4, so they would not fit me. Therefore, I decided to shop for my husband. I went around and grabbed some Peter Millar shirts and shorts, Robert Graham shirts and shorts, while he looked at Vuori, Lululemon and Tommy Bahama. We collected an assorted of shorts, tees and button ups. There was an energetic attendant who gathered up our items and held a dressing room for us. She was wonderful. She recommended more items and went back and forth with different sizes for him. I was able to sit and enjoy the runway show! The brand we liked the most for the button downs was Mizzen and Main. They fit him so well- they had two darts in the back so tailoring was not necessary. That helped justify the cost of the shirts- no tailor fees required. I loved the selection of items there. They have so many swimsuits but I was not in the market for that. They also have hats and sunglasses, some ladies sandals and shoes. I took some pics of dresses I'd like to find in my size. No doubt we will be back to shop again if we are in the area. It's a shop inside the Ritz-Carlton hotel lobby conglomeration. Parking would be at the hotel or along the street somewhere. No restroom but there is one in the hotel.

I suppose that over the years this store has increased their prices significantly, even for items they claim that are sale items, prices seemed extremely high. Unfortunately, I did not find anything that caught my attention or that I knew giving us a gift the recipient would love, so we ended up leaving. My experience here was not the best, staff was not very friendly or helpful. The store was not crowded at the time we arrive. I quickly looked around and didn't want to waste more time after seeing that we were not going to be purchasing anything.

It felt like a bit much. Coach offers an abundance of options such as handbags, shoes, keychains, backpacks, jewelry, watches, clothes and then some. The options are limitless!!! They had a beautiful snow globe too but it was pricey. Then there was a Coach leather bear that cost an absurd $345!!! I just don't get how someone may need a $345 stuffed leather Coach bear. Someone please explain this to me. Upon browsing the entire store, my daughter kept coming back to the dark red bag with subtle stitching and gold chain accents. I'm not a gold fan but I really loved her final choice. The dark red color is stunning and I love the subtle design. SCORE!!! We checked out and Matthew assisted us with our return and then purchase. Got his name from the receipt. The return was super easy. I showed him our return slip, he rang up the new purse and we just paid the difference. Done and done.
