They also have ice cream and refillable water at all times. They even offer towels. The workers are always kind and helpful. The pool area is always clean and welcoming. Everyone who attends and goes to Merritt Clubs is always fun and nice. It's always a great vibe, especially in the summer. When the concession is closed, you can enjoy tremendous food options in the area. There is tons of parking and is easily accessible.

In our experience, children were not consistently supervised in a way that protected other paying members, and we felt that the camps were prioritized over the regular membership. When we raised safety concerns after an incident involving an unsupervised child, we felt that responsibility was shifted onto us rather than the situation being addressed. We also observed lifeguards allowing behavior that, in our opinion, created unnecessary safety risks for other swimmers. My interactions with management were equally disappointing. Diane, the manager, spoke to me in a manner I found unprofessional during our discussion, and I recorded that interaction because I was so uncomfortable. When I later decided to cancel my membership, I expected to simply complete the cancellation paperwork. Instead, I was questioned by Liz in front of other people about why I was leaving and where I planned to go next, which I felt was inappropriate and embarrassing. The final comment that confirmed my decision to leave was being told that these issues would improve once school started because the summer camps would be over. That reinforced my impression that the camp program was being prioritized over the experience and safety concerns of year-round members. Since leaving, I've found another gym where I feel welcomed, respected, and where member concerns are taken seriously. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

Basketball courts, Ping-Pong tables, an entire separately-fenced kids area with tots playground, kids playground, and super awesome kiddie pool that you can walk into via a little rubber beach area. Fountains, waterfall, and free toys top it off! Then there's the snack bar. Ok, you have your ice cream and French fries, etc. But boy was I surprised by the delicious caprese sandwich I ordered. What was once a welcoming, well-run club now feels like an organization that has completely abandoned the basic standards and values it was built on. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. Staff members appear poorly trained, disorganized, and often completely clueless when it comes to handling even simple issues. The kitchen area is frequently dirty and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and management. The overall atmosphere has deteriorated dramatically, and the incompetence on display is honestly shocking. Most importantly, the club is no longer worth the money members are paying. Whatever management changes were made behind the scenes have clearly had a negative impact on the member experience. Long-time members who remember how this club used to operate will immediately notice the decline. This season has been a major disappointment, and unless significant improvements are made, I have little doubt that these decisions will continue driving away loyal members.

Love this park however it is not for older kids I would say ages toddler to 4 years of age. The…read morewater is shallow and does not exceed 3.5 feet however this is great if your child can swim and don't want to worry about losing sight of your child or having to worry. I was able to sit in one central location and see the entire park and my daughter. There is plenty to do from the multiple slides and obstacle courses but once a child is over 48 inches they are no longer able to ride. For now I will mark this as a favorite because momma was able to rest. There wasn't a line which was amazing and they now accept reservations. No vending machines or concessions so make sure you bring your own snacks and food. Lastly plenty of shades space and opportunities for seating and picnic tables .

This particular center is the closest one to my house so I was sad to find that it was closed for repairs. I was watching it like a hawk! I kept checking to see when it was open and it seems like the date kept being pushed further back. But fast forward and I saw an advertisement on Facebook about joining the Dundalk swim center. Imagine my excitement! I went in for a tour a couple days ago and I was even more excited when I saw the pool in person. I was given a tour, some insight on the best times to swim, and information about future swim lessons. The staff is very friendly and they're waiting for you all to come swim! It's not a very big pool, but the secret is that not many people know it's open. So today I had it all to myself aside from a few women who were doing water aerobics. The water is nice and warm but not too warm. I swam 2,000 yd and didn't feel like it was hot. Will, the operations director/life guard, is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. By the way, it's a 25-yard pool. The locker room is nice with plenty of lockers, bring your lock for the day. They also have one of those machines to dry out your swim gear. Overall, it's a great pool and I'm glad that it's open! I'll be back regularly!
