You just told him that he has an infection and that he should wait and call later in the week before he can get an RX to fix it? WOW I have never heard of a "walk in clinic" pulling something like this. I can only imagine whichever "doctor" diagnosed my father, must have gotten his/her medical degree from a cereal box. Do yourself a favor, drive an extra 100 feet and go to St. Margrates walk in clinic instead. They have actual doctors that will help you out then and there, not in a couple of days.

She was very compassionate and patient when my son got a bit light headed. She paused and took the time he needed to regroup. I walked around calling out hello for about 5 minutes and finally I saw a worker who had her headphones in, when I told her about the situation her jaw dropped (like seriously pick your jaw up off the floor and help) then I went back out to my car to wait for a nurse with a wheelchair and someone please tell me why he asked me to help put my significant other into the wheelchair like sir I came here for YOUR help. Once we finally get to a room and get settled they take some test at this point it's a little before 6 am and they hardly give us any information about how long any of the tests are going to take after two and a half hours of waiting and not even being checked on I step out of the assigned room and there had been an entire shift change with no communication with any of the patients. Me and my significant other were under the impression they forgot about us which I'm pretty sure they did because as soon as I asked where the test results were a nurse said she would be in in a few minutes. So if you're looking for an ER that actually cares about their patients I don't recommend Northwesternern in Sandwich

The nurses were very aggressive with my baby, you can tell they were getting irritated because he kept crying. They were holding him down hard, being aggressive towards him, and we're not comforting him in any type of way. I have a big feeling that this hospital is racist, when I told the triage lady that I felt like they were getting irritated with him and being aggressive, she literally brushed me off and did not care at all. I will never come back here. Save your time. Go to the emergency room in aurora, any hospital is better than this one.
